Watched the 1776 production and it was incredible! The theater itself is very nice and has a lovely reception area in front where you can order drinks or wine before the ahow and during intermission. The seats were a bit old but still in very good condition. The Lyceum really puts on high quality productions. I was very impressed!

We saw 1776 recently in this excellent theatre, and the music, singing and acting was all superb. These productions are really of very high quality and you will not be disappointed, whether it is a musical, drama, comedy or farce. The prices are right, and most of the performances are during the day, permitting you to enjoy the surrounding scenery... More

I was surprised by the quality of the performance for such a small venue. Very entertaining and the lead woman singer, playing Fanny Brice, had a powerful and lovely voice. Would like to come back for a different performance.

We made this a day long trip that included dinner and theater and I highly recommend doing both in Arrow Rock. The Theater was beautiful. The waiting area, ticket will call and bar are well organized with prompt service. This was our first experience and the show was a comedy duo that was excellent. There are no bad seats and... More

The production of A Christmas Carol was wonderful and we really enjoyed it. The cast was very professional. We are looking forward to attending future productions. Definitely worth the drive to Arrow Rock. A lovely theater in a quaint town.

If you are wanting to go to a quaint little theatre located in a little state park in a little town then the Lyceum Theatre is the place for you. It is just a short drive from many of the cities and towns in central Missouri. Theatre is really nice. Plan on eating a bite before you leave home or... More

This was our first visit to the theatre and we were pleasantly surprised that although the theatre looks beautiful and historic on the outside, we did not anticipate the modern and comfortable interior. The seats are comfortable with plenty of leg-room. It was nice to order a cocktail prior to the show. We enjoyed the production and will now make... More

What a fabulous place!! We very much enjoyed the play. They sell out so get tickets early. There's not a bad seat in the house.

We specifically went to Arrow Rock to attend the theater. What fun we had. We saw the Will Rogers Follies and I wish we lived close enough to attend all the productions. It is a small theater, so therefore intimate without a bad seat in the house. The production was absolutely awesome. It surprises me that such professional theater is... More

We've been attending shows at the 408-seat Lyceum Theater in Arrow Rock for a decade and have never been disappointed. The Broadway quality of every production we've seen consistently delivers the highest quality in drama, comedy, and musical theater. From the acting to the scene design, costume design, and director's vision, each show is professional theater at its best! But... More
