Parking could be directed better into the south drive. We paid and were sent to pick a spot. Palace was very clean! Lots of fun. I will say, security could be more strict on the disruption of the audience. A man was bagging his feet the the "DE Fence" chant causing pops to spill and disturbing everyone in that row.

I am writing this review as a person who does not go to large arenas like this often, nor do I attend professional or even college sports so I am a bit ignorant at the prices. I have attended concerts at smaller concert halls and attended a few concerts that were at Paul Brown Stadium. I just want to warn... More

GREAT SHOW! Helpful event staff! Very clean and inexpensive night out! Not being from Detroit, I've never been here before! Will definitely come back!

Saw AC\DC Concert here. Liked the venue and had very good seats. Staff was attentive and friendly. I parked just outside the palace on a side road area and got out easily. Heard traffic can back up in the lot after events.

I had an accident, slipped on first stare with 2 drinks and landed on my back. The employee was very caring and helped me up and asked... More

Adele in concert was unbelievable and what made it even more special were all of the various Palace staff members we encountered. Everyone was friendly, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. The staff on the floor level treated several special needs patrons with such kindness and respect that it nearly made me cry. We were fortunate to be able to attend a... More

Saw Adele here in September. Of course concert was great but so was the venue. Easy entry and exit. So much better than the Rosemont in Chicago. Would go back to the Palace for another event in the future despite the 3+ hour drive from home!

Everything was great with one exception. Parking. WHAT A SCAM. We paid $40.00 for VIP parking. Sure it was close to the door. That was great. The problem? We did so in order to be able to turn right out of the lot and get onto I75. Police directed you left and you had to make a u turn and... More

Getting to the Palace was very easy as we stayed at a hotel right off 75. There was no waiting in car lines before or after the concert. They got everyone in and out very quickly it seemed. Lots of food and restrooms. The seat were very comfy to sit in and it seems like not a very big arena... More
