I brought my teenage daughter to see a concert last night (as I am writing this we just got home and it is now 1 a.m. I was very impressed at how clean and the arena was overall. Very comfortable seats and the staff were very friendly, even with a bunch of screaming teenage girls running all over the place.... More

Hate driving to the palace but it's one of the more comfortable modern venues in the Detroit area. It's got tons or parking and entrances and is accessible from two roads. 20 for parking tho? They could make it ten. Anyway got here for VIP. was told to come back later. No prob. Got waited outside and remained updated until... More

Food was a fail! So many places were out of or didn't have food. We were told by staff no hot dogs at three places, and in the food court, we were told by the staff that they hoped the warehouse would be sending food over. This was all a half hour before the concert started. Not good planning, no... More

Acoustics in this venue are fabulous. I think if you even sit in the "nose bleeds" You are still getting a good spot to see the show. Well run, nice staff, clean and easy to find everything

As with most large venues, handicap accessible seating is a joke. Sure, there was a small section near the stage-but it's cost prohibitive. ADA accessibility shouldn't be...

Working through my 2016 bucket list, I finally got around to a Piston's game. I have no real interest in basketball, but I was trying to do everything in Michigan at least once. There is a $10-20 fee for parking, and you will want to park out toward the outer lot and back gate so you can get out and... More

I have been to The Palace many concerts/games. It's a great venue. Give yourself some time to deal with traffic at the entrance. Other then that, no complaints. They have MANY women's washrooms when they need to. While at a Bieber concert with my wife, mother, sister and more women; This was convenient. 25oz beers are only $10. Not too... More
