This was a great time. There are lots of things for the kids to do. We took off her shoes and she was able to roam from thing to thing. There is a Peppa character statue at each area and our daughter loved how items from the show were incorporated. The daddy’s pig snack basket was a great deal. There are not a lot of places to sit and lots of them were covered in coats people left or other things. A coat area would have been helpful. There were a few items broken or that needed updated. The tow truck didn’t have a toe any more and the photo area was broken and confusing. We ended up getting a refund and wouldn’t have purchased it if we knew it was only one photo spot. This would be great for toddler through preschool. Our daughter is 4 and was sad when our two hours were up. I am not sure if it is quite worth it if you don’t pair it with other items. We bought the triple pass and this was a great value for the 3 items.

The upside is my grandchildren, ages 8-4, do enjoy playing here and can stay and play for as long as we want. It is quite pricey to come and I don’t understand why adults are charged also. I don’t know of any other play place that does this. It’s what keeps me from taking them here as much. The cafe has some ‘nutritious’ choices but the main entree choices need much improvement.

We took our daughter on her 2nd birthday. You prepay for tickets and have a 2-hour window in the space.
What we didn't know was that the timed groups overlap, so it seemed like it was at capacity the entire time. I only saw 3 staff members and probably 200 parents and children.
Announcements were made when your time block expired (everyone had different color wristbands), but no one was enforcing it and folks weren't leaving.
As my little explored, I noticed lots of dirt/dust built up in corners and the soft play spaces were very worn down.
With the amount of bodies and germs that go through there daily, I'd expect a nightly deep clean especially with how expensive it is.
We also prepaid for a snack package. I wanted a hot item as well, but the oven was down the day we went.
We may try again when our child is a little older.

I recently drove from Cleveland, OH to take my family to Peppa pig world because my son is obsessed with the show. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment. We bought tickets and selected a time, and assumed there would be some level of crowd control given the requirement to select a time, however we walked in and we were hardly able to move because there were so many people. There were only four bikes and >100 children, and not even enough seating for adults in the room. There did not appear to be any staff enforcing rules or crowd control, including use of shoes and strollers in the exhibit. My four year old was overwhelmed and unhappy, and we left within 20 minutes of arriving. Would not recommend, I have contacted peppa pig world for a refund and they have not responded!

We scheduled a time slot to take our daughter who LOVES peppa. The place was so crowded, you could barely move. They made announcements for certain wristband colors to exit, but not a single worker ever actually enforced that. They were also out of all substantial food, only had cheez its, cookies, and drinks available and this was only 2 hours after they opened. They continued to allow more people in and had a line out the door when we left. They made no effort to control the attendance or close down time slots when they were full. It was a terrible time.

First we were greeted by an employee named Elle who was not friendly. She proceeded to grill us with questions about our children’s ages. She referred to my children “that one”. She then charged us 18.99 for a child, but then told us our 9 year old was considered an adult but did not give us the adult price which is cheaper. We then went to get in the peppa bus but the door locked behind us so my 9 year old was locked out for five minutes until the desk employee figured it out and let him in. Overall bad experincr

I was very disappointed with my experience with Peppa Pig World Of Play. Unfortunately, my family never made it there. My daughter has a peanut allergy and she was exposed to peanuts a few hours before our reservation. She ended up in the hospital instead. Because we had a reservation for her and my other child who was very excited to go as well, I was trying to contact the Michigan location over and over again while in the hospital, when I should have been focusing on my child. Noone ever picked up the phone. I called at least 20 times. No answer. I even tried calling Great Lakes Crossing. The mall transferred me, no answer. I called Great Lakes Crossing security who confirmed the number, no answer. I then tried contacting them online through their "contact us" form. No response. I am just sad. I should be able to reach someone. I spent money on a package for the aquarium, lego land, and the peppa pig reservation, along with a family food package at peppa, and a special activity bag at peppa for my 5 year old. My kids are very disappointed that we missed the reservation on top of being traumatized by the peanut allergy emergency situation, which was very scary for our while family. It was a slap in the face when I received a "Thank you for coming" email from them just now asking for a review. Well, here is my review. I guess we won't be going to see Peppa Pig.

Today our family went to Peppa Pig at Great Lakes Crossing in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This was our second visit and will definitely be our last unless things change at this play center. Peppa Pig World at this location is absolutely disgusting and filthy!!! The grass carpet where children walk around is sooooo dirty! Everything from the foam blocks to the walls looks old and beat up! On top of all of this, the prices are astronomical and to think that adults are paying a fee for watching their own children is mind blowing!
The staff was courteous and the gift shop (which is your first impression) was amazing! This place could be so great for kids and has so much potential- it just needs an overhaul!

The food vendor person was unhelpful and had zero customer satisfaction
(Sherri)
The issue was, we came from Canada and purchased the tickets online and the website did not offer the nugget lunch offer so i thought the snack basket includes the nugget! Paid $15 and that nugget option was $12 so when i came across to redeem my voucher she would not give me that instead! Which i paid more but she refused to help me eventhought the fault was from their end! The website did not have that option to buy! So she made me pay extra to get that and plus i got overcharged just because they did not take cash so i used my canadian credit card to get those 4pieces of nuggets!

Hoping to visit next weekend, would I have to purchase a ticket for my 1 month old? She is not going to be playing at all, so I feel like I shouldn't have to, but I cannot find anything that says one way or the other? TIA for all the help!
