About
A Fun, New Entertainment concept for the west side of Ann Arbor. An Escape Game is a real-life adventure game designed for small groups of 4-10 people. Challenging your wits and skills to find clues and solve puzzles. The game will test your ability to work together as you attempt to escape from a locked room in under 60 minutes! Creating positive impact, one smile at a time. Our goal is to make 1 million people smile.

Went here last night for the Merlin escape room and we had a blast! The room was really well designed with a great theme, challenging but doable puzzles and a great host. They have also done a really good job managing Covid. When we had the room booked they blocked off the rest of the facility so we were the only ones there and everyone working there wore masks. We will definitely be back.

While I haven't been to other Escape rooms this facility was well worth the Trip. The Puzzle was hard and they really make you think. While you can always ask for hints when you need it if you get stumped on a clue. Don't hesitate to ask for a hint it can be a make or break it deal as you only have so much time. It's a lot of fun and it something everyone in your group regardless of age can participate in and have a great time.
If you haven't visited Clueless in Ann Arbor, make a reservation as you won't be disappointed. And if you read the reviews you will find just like going out somewhere to eat that there will always be those people who will find fault for one reason or another. It's just the way some folks are.
So you can out weigh the negative feedback with all the positive feedback here. Don't miss out on this Adventure and book a reservation.

We've done a lot of escape rooms and this is one of the best! There were 5 of us, all adults (family), and we did the Merlin room. The puzzles and clues to solve were well-thought out and very unique and fun. It kept our group busy the entire time, but we didn't feel overwhelmed. Also, LOVED that we are the only group in the building for our time slot to help prevent Covid! Thank you! Had a fantastic time!

Our family has been to a lot of escape room all over the country and this was by far our worst experience. Absolutely not a place for kids (even older kids). They claimed that we could get as many hints as we wanted but when we did ask for hints it took forever to get one and then the hints were not helpful at all. We wasted 15 minutes on one puzzle that made no sense and we just kept getting the same hint. We ended up just guessing and play around until it finally worked. It seemed like the hints were just copy pasted without much thought. At the end the host was rude to my kids, because they were loud. They were only loud because we were not getting any help, and these are kids that usually finish hard games with ten minutes to spare.

Our family of 5 had so much fun! It's hard to entertain three teenagers sometimes. Great bonding experience. We have only done a couple other escape rooms. This was the best. Definitely challenging--had to ask for help!! But Kim was great, offering clues when we signaled. Very friendly and welcoming.

Had a GREAT experience here!! We did the virtual reality room and I was shocked at how lifelike it felt. Great puzzles, super super fun and for an excellent price! Already planning when I can go back for another experience. I want to try all of the rooms!! Highly recommend!

I attended a birthday celebration with a group of adults. We were in the Castaway room and really enjoyed ourselves. (Wear flip flops!) The clues were clever and required us to work together as a team. The props and puzzles were well done. We appreciated the occasional clue that appeared on the TV screen, and the group photo at the end. The staff member who oriented us was friendly and encouraging. The hour passed way too quickly. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys puzzles and problem solving.

This was the first escape room my wife and I have done and we didn't quite know what to expect. Our host was very welcoming and kind, assuring us that we wouldn't actually be locked in the room, and helping us get over the feeling that failing would mean "losing". The escape puzzles were tricky and definitely forced us to work collaboratively. They were also diverse and interesting.
I would recommend this for couples or for corporate team building. I would not recommend it for families with young children. I think it would probably work well for family with teens, or for high school or college aged kids in a group.
