Great variety, beautiful produce, and friendly vendors. Wonderful place to visit on a Saturday morning. Really fun. Family friendly.

I've heard for years about the farmers market in Ann Arbor and was happy to finally be visiting on a Saturday with time to stop by. I'm from Madison which boasts the nation's largest outdoor farmers market so the bar was high. But Ann Arbor's market has some real advantages that makes it stand apart. It is covered, which is a real plus. Parking in the adjacent neighborhood might take a few trips around the block but you'll find a space. There is an adjacent complex housing permanent food stalls which are worth checking out. Best of all was the very high caliber of booths and produce on display. And the people-watching is great fun here. Don't pass it up if you have the chance.

I love the market! I always find what I want and usually find things I didn’t know I was looking for but that my kiddos love. It’s great any time of year.

We LOVE this and stop every time. Kids activities, organic produce, native plants, food, and flowers and more. Amazing! Every Saturday year round too! The best part of it is the shade and roof to keep our the elements but still be outside! Do not miss.

There is always a great selection of food and goods at the market each week. Parking can be difficult at times but as long as you’re up for a little walk you’ll be fine. The only reason this isn’t a 5 is because despite signs discouraging it there are always people with dogs, GROSS!

We found lots of great food stuffs including gifts for our adult children. This seems to be open on Wed and Sat from 7 am to 3 pm and parking is good, free and seems to open spaces quickly as people get what they want and leave. These are summer hours and change as weather cools. No dogs are allowed. A variety of local vendors have tons of veggies, flowers and pastries. There are shops virtually within steps of this open-air market. The shops have more food stuffs as well as a quick restaurant inside. It is worth a look if you are in the area.

Had heard about the market and passed by a few times but never went to it assuming everything will be expensive. But i was wrong. There is large variety of fresh produce which is not at all expensive. There are vendors selling fruits, vegetable, honey, bakery items, meat, plants etc. i found everything i needed. you should definitely visit it if you like fresh produce and love to eat local.

We had decided to go to the White Lotus Farm while in the area, but on that particular day, they were at the market. Not much there, but the vendors who were there were very nice and informative.

First, parking was very easy, which was surprising since it was a beautiful day.

We purchased from several vendors while there. There was fresh pasta; a vendor of honey who had plum and cinnamon honey; White Lotus Farm had homemade breads and delicious pastries, including fabulous croissants; vegetable vendors; and vendors with holiday decorations.

There were also bike rentals that were not part of the market but were right across the street.

The next time that I am in Ann Arbor, I will definitely stop by.

Upon arrival, parking was a chore to find. It took about 20 minutes to find a space. Entering the building that has "Farmer's Market" written on it, one can buy $5 tokens that most vendors take.
As soon as you enter the throngs of people at the market, the scents hit you head-on! Wonderous is the only way to describe it! This is one market that is truly a farmers market and not a craft show. 95 percent is fresh produce.
I will go every chance I get!

Michigan is home for me so when I visit from AZ. this is a must stop when it's tomato & cuke & corn on cob time.
Music laughter proud vendors that love sharing about their items. Crochet items beautiful clothes fresh flowers fresh fish too much to name. I feasted on all my favs.
My favorite was home made sweet potato pie. Well being with my best friend was my favorite & added to the most joyful time.
