If you have the time you should go to have a view over the city. but that's about it. there is nothing really special about it...

Worth the walk to get a good view of the city. Interesting architecture. Peaceful place to relax or enjoy some time away from the central city

The street leading up to Recoleta is rather steep, but still manageable. Once you get up there you can enjoy a nice view of the city and the mountains and there is also a place where you can buy refreshments and food. There is even...More

Great place at the top of the hill. Wonderful views, vendors and relaxing atmosphere. Be sure to get a beer at the restaurant below.

It's a bit of a steep walk for about 15min from the main square but well worth the view! We arrived around 4:30 and the panoramic views of sucre are stunning. We went downstairs to the garden and cafe and enjoyed some wine and sangria...More

It is quite a walk to get up there, the road is pretty steep, but the view is pretty! The white arcs are a nice attribute for pictures and there is even a little market with local fabrics and jewelry.
