Thank you Rosio for a wonderful climbing afternoon. We went to Sica Sica which was. A perfect place for beginners and novices. I have climbed lots inside however it was my first time climbing outside and Rosio was very good at guiding me whilst I was on the rock, whilst challenging my technique and my confidence outside! I'm currently learning Spanish and Rosio was super patient she spoke perfect English but she encouraged my Spanish aswell.
Very professional, good conversation and beautiful place (stunning view over the whole of sucre) to climb. Sica Sica has grades from 4a's for beginners all the way up to 7a's. We climbed for 2 hours on various grades.

I booked the half day climbing at Garlicazo. I am a beginner indoor climber (toprope) and this was my first experience for outdoor climbing. It was amazing! Carlos is a very good instructor and nice person. I felt very safe but at the same time challenged. There are multiple levels, I climbed 5a till 6a, but I think there is something for each climber. I would definitely recommend it!

I had two wonderful half days with climbing sucre. It's worth the experience and I would recommend it to everybody who is interested in climbing, whether you're a beginner or quite experienced in climbing. The climbing instructors - I was once with Rosio and once with Carlos - are highly experienced and know what they're doing. They speak english very well, so also if you're not fluent in spanish, that's not a problem at all. On top of that they are just lovely people. They have very good material which is in excellent condition and I felt safe all the time. Also the places where they take you are just georgous with beautiful views over the city of Sucre. All the service is just perfect, they pick you up at the hostal and bring you back there, it's very easy to arrange the tours, you can book quite spontanously and they fullfill your wishes as best as they can do... So to sum it up: go for it, it is definitely worth it!

Wow what an experience! We are complete novices with climbing - never climbed indoor or outdoor s before, but Rosio really looked after us and taught us the basics of climbing. She speaks very good English, which helped as my Spanish was basic. She is a lovely person who made the whole day a perfect experience for me as it was my birthday. They also organised, in collaboration with my friend, for me to do the Rope swing jump from Fisculco Bridge as a surprise! They ensured I felt comfortable and safe the whole time with a great sense of humour. Can't recommend enough!

The climbing experience was amazing, but it’s not for the faint hearted. We arent beginners, though we hadn’t climbed for a while, and this was our first time climbing with rope. We have had very little experience climbing outdoors, and it was a first for my boyfriend.
You’ll walk down the cliff to arrive at the start point.
Then off you go, at points it was difficult for us and this is where the guide was great and helped us through each route. We managed to complete three routes over the course of the morning, each finishing at the same point and with increasing difficulty.
If you have time in Sucre, and you like climbing, we’d recommend this. In fact, we were only in Sucre for a few days but we knew we wanted to do this.
Lastly, you get the most wonderful view over the city depending on which wall you climb. Big thanks to our guide.

Everything was amazing! Without a doubt the ones to go with in Sucre
From the first message we could feel that we are in good and professional hands! The equipment is very good and the guides Ronaldo and Ever were amazing, giving a more experienced climber great tips and guiding a first time climber with her first steps.

For us it was the first time rock climbing, we have only done indoor climbing. The experience was great. Since we have some experience of climbing, they recommend us GARCILASO. They were also flexible with starting time. Everything was well arranged. The guide could have been little more social, but everything went well and we felt safe, which is the most important.

We went climbing to Sica Sica, which has a beautiful view over Sucre.
Guided by Rosío, who speaks good English
and tries to teach you some spanish along the way, gave us a safe feeling about the climbing.
The grades were perfect for beginners and although I had some climbing experience, there were plenty of challenging routes and many options in grades.
The pick up and drop of at the Hostel was fluently communicated via WhatsApp in English or Spanish.
A few days later I also went to the Bouldergym, you can't compare it to a commercial european Climbing gym as it is
Rosio's home wall, still plenty of boulderroutes and enough options for a few hours of fun bouldering.
Would highly recommend this activity even if you don't have previous experience.

I had a super nice climbing course for 2 days in El Eden with Carlos. He is a very good instructor and always cares about your safety. He adapts to your learning speed so I made a lot of progress during the 2 days. El Eden is a climbing Paradies with endless routes so everyone will find his difficulty level. I would totally recommend Carlos if you want to take climbing lessons in Bolivia

Rock-climbing with Rocio was aposultly a highlight in Boliva. This turned out to a private activity with just me, my friend and the legend Rocio. She's so kind, patient and full of knowledge. A wonderful instructor. As a beginner to climbing, the routes tested my novice experience with just the right amount of challenge to make it fun and interesting, but not too hard so I'd fail!
Also, do the bridge jump! This is incredible and is (again) best thing in Bolivia! Super safe, they use European equipment and talk you through it...take the leap and drop 100m and swing across the valley...super super super safe!
What you waiting for! Book it now! You won't regret it! Message them on WhatsApp!
