It's incredible to walk the entire 8 streets. You can find a few bars if you want to drink something on the beach looking at the Pacfic Ocean. The sound of the waves breakin on the rocks is amazing. And if the beachs are open, it's worth to get infor a dive.

We went to this beach with the family, the best thing is that the beach area is very large and you have enough space to be there without being disturbed by your neighbor or to keep your kids on a leash. The sea as usual with the Pacific in the south is very cold and the waves hit with strength... More

Good for a walk and for enjoying the beach. They even have showers, a rarity for Chilean beaches. A lot of entertainment is given for kids (playgrounds, trampolins) and adults (nice bars to enjoy the view while taking your pisco sour or chirimoya juice). It's a popular spot for Chilean and Argentinian tourists, parking is 3000 pesos from 9 am... More

We walked down from our Hostal in Torrealba and walked along the coast past the small beach near the floral clock and down to the main beach area 3km away. Parts are very beautiful but there are boardwalk repair works going on near the Casino at the moment so a detour is required at that point.

I love the ocean. It was a rainy day, but it was beautiful. There were several surfers on the beach. It was really nice

This is definitely Viña Del Mar‎'s nicest place: the beach front. Perfect for a stroll or for going to the beach (beware: the Pacific is cold here). Unfortunately there are lots of skyscrapers next to the road but well, it is a touristic beach place (not a remote island).

The great thing about Viña del Mar is their coast, you can take a long walk around the coast and beach, there are many places to drink a coffe or ice cream. Visited on February 2014.

when isn't it nice to walk along a nice coast that has a trail or walkway. There are some general negative things (Trash dogs roaming) but still worth it.

I walked the beach on a sunday morning and then in the evening, I really do not know what people like about it. The beach is filthy, rubbish is ever present, wild dogs and their dropping. In the evening the road on top of the beach get filled with what in Europe we call gipsy, selling basically junk. Some vendors... More
