Lovely place to walk around and enjoy the sea and also this lovely city. I recommend going in summer though in Winter -it will be cold- you will see another part of the city that you won't discover in summer. Lovely lovely place.

The Avenida Peru is nothing special. It's a simple street close to the sea. There are some Merchants trying to sell handcrafted things but besides that it is nothing special. It's nice for a short walk or get a coffee though.
