I am a little shocked this gem doesn’t have more reviews. We have used them twice now 2014 and this holiday and the service and quality are second to none. Vicky couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish and another gentleman (apologise we didn’t catch his name) was so helpful to my Son choosing a ring.
Wonderful Customer Service, polite friendly team and perfect hand designed jewellery - winner for me.

Mehul Joshi, the owner of House of Windsor was friendly and very helpful. He was fair and honest in dealing with us. The quality of his jewelry was excellent - we had a wedding band made and it was made exactly as ordered and was ready few hours before promised.

Wow so many jewellers under one roof. Its just knowing where to start as I am sure they are all good shops. However we were recommended to go to House of Windsor which we did and they were great Had a workshop within the mall and sized my ring for me there and then

I have been visiting Mehul & his team for 12 years and have recommended House of Windsor to many friends. Everyone has always been 100% happy with the quality, designs and importantly the customer care.
Mehul has also helped us with fundraising for our nominated charity Reubens Retreat.

Back in Feb 2019 my partner and I brought wedding rings for us both as we have planned to marry Sept 2020. Throughout our dealings everything was explained in good detail all our questions were answered and explained to our understanding.
My partner and I are very pleased with our rings, the service and are looking forward to our impending marriage.

This is by far the best shop in the Gold and Diamond Park.
The quality of their work is great, the team in the store show interest and inform you of possibilities. At the same time they are honest if your idea is not possible.
Mehul is the owner, he is a lovely and very honest man, treat him like a friend and you will get the best service you can imagine.
I live in Dubai and have been to a few shops, I only go to Mehul and his team now.

As we're getting married next year, we decided to visit the Gold and Diamond Park during a holiday to Dubai to purchase our wedding rings... We were sceptical but we really had no need to be!
After doing lots of research on Trip Advisor / Google / Facebook, we decided to visit Cara, Passion and House of Windsor. We first visited Passion and then Cara... but for us, House of Windsor stood out. The shop was nicer and the service was more friendly and down to earth, so to us it just felt right.
We left after leaving a deposit on two wedding bands - one plain platinum band and one platinum 0.5 carat diamond eternity ring - which were delivered to our hotel a few days later where full payment was taken.
I've just returned from getting them valued in the UK and was so happy (and relieved!) that they were valued (for insurance purposes) at 4.5x the value we paid for them. He even commented on how well-made the rings were.
We'll definitely return to House of Windsor and can't thank Vicky enough.

My husband and I have visited The House of Windsor around 8 times over the past 7 years and purchased a number of items which are greatly admired back home. After valuations in the UK the items have been valued at 3 times what we paid and the valuer quoted "this is quality jewellery and I would find it hard to replace in the uk" due to this I wouldnt go anywhere else. Mehul has gone to the ends of the earth to make me stunning pieces which I have had changed over the years and remade, nothing is a problem. We have been picked up and dropped off at the hotel on many occasions. We have just arrived in our favourite resort and can't wait to visit his newly refurbished shop.

Mehul guided me through the process of selecting a diamond engagement ring for my fiance. HoW have a wide selection and can make any design you fancy. There was no pushy sales tactics and I would not hesitate to recommend. They are currently making some alterations to the ring at no cost and we have asked Mehul to make the wedding rings.
