Stumbled across this company when looking to book a private luxury yacht trip. The booth was amongst others near Dubai Marina Mall.
The price was very competitive compared to other companies.
We booked the 56 ft yacht exclusively for 6 of us. We only wanted 2hrs (many companies offered 3-4 hrs for a much higher hourly rate).The boat could hold upto 20 so we had space.
The boat was amazing. Very clean and looked well maintained. The crew were courteous at all times.
Plenty of cold drinks included (water, sprite, Pepsi) as well as towels. There was a large Bluetooth speaker so we could play our tunes.
You are allowed to take your own food if needed (Waitrose in the mall).
The whole trip was excellent. We stopped near the Blue Water Island to swim and a life jacket provided for the weaker swimmer in the group.
Will easily use AsFar when we next return to Dubai.

Great Prices! Great employees!
The people who work there are very friendly, helpful and for sure will give you an unforgettable experience.
1st we got greeted by Mr. Mohammed who told us everything we need to know from safety to how to drive and have fun.
2nd we were escorted by Mr. Illyas who was more than happy to stop and take videos and pictures for us infront of Burj Al Arab.
Overall it was amazing... and for the people who are looking for the thrill of a freaking fast jet ski, trust me they have it!!

I recently rented 2 jet-skis for 30 minutes to try the service and took my son and daughter around Burj-al-arab and was thoroughly impressed with the staff, especially Ozzy. The captain took amazing pictures/videos that are worth the bragging rights. After such a great experience, I decided to rent a 56 ft. Yacht to celebrate 2022 with the family and looking forward to have an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Nothing that was agreed was done, they deceive people, especially tourists. They lied to us saying that we broke the Jet ski but from our photos and videos we took before starting to ride the jet ski we saw that the damages were already there. It was a frustrating tour, I don't recommend this company to anyone, they robbed us for something we didn't do.

Experienced the 65 min jet ski tour today. Words can’t describe the brilliant views, also the photos were no problem for the great tour guide who took lots of photos with out asking. Also my partner was no confident on the water he made her feel very safe and at ease! If in Dubai this is a must do!

. We had a terrible experience today with this company’s captain. I don’t understand why they send a captain who can’t manage few peoples in his group and start’s shouting at customers. Really wasn’t happy with his attitude. We go on holidays to release stress and enjoy our time but guys like him ruins your day and give you stress. Won’t recommend anyone that captain (with curly hair, don’t know his name) but there was no issue with company.

Booked a yacht for the first time with this Asfar yacht ,website looked professional but the staff needs a complete training/seminar/webinar name it all, so they will know how to deal the proper customer service . I have a booking and with confirmation but suddenly was cancelled due to technicalities but was not even offered other options. was asked to wait for more than an hour . zero rating for this Asfar Yacht.

I do not recommend this company. This was a deal bought on Groupon
First of all, they were 20 minutes late.
There were no safety instructions given. As first time jet skiers, this is unacceptable.
On return to the place, the man accused us of causing damage to the jet ski as there was a blue scratch. There was no proof of us causing the scratch. Always check the jet ski for damage before going on.
There were no apologies given.
Please be wary of this poorly run company.

Mhay helped with our booking and was a pleasure to deal with! Very accommodating and communication was excellent. The cruise was excellent, the service was great and the crew was very attentive. I brought friends from the US and was their first time in Dubai and had an amazing experience. Would recommend Asfar Yachts to anyone looking for the best service and a memorable experience! 5 stars

We have rented a big boat for five hours. Paid 18000 dirham. (4000 euro) But what a lack of service. Four crew members, hardly have them seen giving service. Lunch, should be at 12 came at 01:30, out of plastic dishes, drinks we had to get ourself out of coolbox. After swimming we have to search a crewmember to get a towel.
Booked jetski with the boat. Showed up 1,5 hour late and left after 15 minutes. We paid for an hour.
Booked Donut: paid for an hour, did not show up at all. Leaving Kids very disappointed.
Owner did not wanted to refund jetski and donut, bizar! After pushing hé paid up, but he should have done much more. We paid a lot of money for a complete experience, we got half at the most.
Ship is build 2009, needs work.
So long story short: don’t go there.

Its just the yacht with basic soft drinks and water. you are expected to being own food and drinks and music that can be connected to boat speakers( usb or phone as aux cable is there)
if taking ride before 6, you may jump in water as well so get swimming costumes

We have got a very happy and excited feeling during our trip by the boat. Some miss a understanding about the place of meeting, because it was not the place given during the time of booking. But the staff manage the problem and we got a very nice day.
