Terrible experience and bad service. We fequently do Spa and book massage in Dubai and elsewhere. On this occasion, we booked two days before, two Moroccan baths and two Massages with two therapists, specifically requesting both service at at the same time (which was confirmed). When we arrived, we reminded them that we had booked for two baths and two massages and they confirmed that this was booked at the same time.
We were surprised that the Moroccan bath was actually made by one only therapist, with both in the same room, which is a facility for only one person. Surprising but fine. The therapist tried his best, however he did both morrocan baths alternating the service to me and my friend. This was odd, the waiting time whilst having a morrocan bath is very uncommon but to make it worse, there was no more steam and it was cold by the time he started doing the second scrub.
By the time, I finished the moroccan bath, my friend had already started his massage. They asked me several times to wait 2 minutes the time to prepare the massage room, which is absolutely fine. Then, they came again and asked for 5 minutes and this situation went on and on for over 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, and understanding they were taking me for a ride, I lost interest, was disapointed, I dressed up and ended up not having a massage.
This is totally unacceptable. If they knew that a client was late or didnt have a second therapist for the massage (and even for the morrocan bath), they should have told us in advance so we could decide what to do. At the very least, they could have told me when I finished my morrocan bath instead of asking me several times to keep waiting. Disapointing experience overall. They are not very serious people, the facilities is just ok and truly there are no reasons to recommend this spa to anyone.

I have been a regular customer of Jazz Lounge Spa - Um Suqeim branch since July 2017. I visit them for multiple services, to name few - Haircut, Beard Trim, Manicure & Pedicure, Full body massage, and Facial.
What I like about this place is the consistency in quality, and commitment of the management towards their employees.
Since 2017, the technicians are the same which makes the customer comfortable that he will find the same person to take care of him.
I would like to thank few employees for their excellent service: Vergie, Lorelyn, Lizette and Annape. The manager Mohammed is always on top of the shop and ensures that the customer is always satisfied. The Front desk ladies always welcome the customer with a smile :) Thank you and keep up the Excellent service!

Very unprofessional place, booked rattan massage few days before the session. The day I have arrived to the spa I was informed casually by the receptionist that they do not do rattan massage. I asked why do they advertise it then and why was I able to book it then in the first place? She just looked at me with not a single care in the world and asked if I would like a different massage ?! It’s a joke not a business. 5 ppl stood in that reception Including Egyptian Managment but clearly they didn’t care. I didn’t hear an apology for wasting my time driving there. I have visited many spas around the world but this was the worst experience I have ever had. Shocking.

The spa provide different variety of services with high standards and high quality. Am coming here every time They have most amazing therapists Ms. Annape she perfected her role in the SPA doing a great job. And all staff are doing a great job. I definitely recommend who’s ever want to chill and relax after a stressful long day to visit their SPA.

I have frequently visited Jazz Lounge Al Barsha for many years now, and I must admit that not once was I disappointed. Everyone from the reception team to the barbers and nail technicians is incredible.
During my last visit, I got serviced by Vergie and Marylou, and both of them were truly epic. The love and care they add to their work and attention to detail are unheard of.

Jazz lounge never disappoints. Top of the industry self care service, the staff are always very welcoming and go to many lengths to ensure customer satisfaction.
I highly recommend Marylou, she’s one of the best! And every other staff are wonderful.

Visiting this awesome place for the second time for pedicure and a manicure this time. Apart from the excellent result and a very relaxing experience Vergie and Maryloy are both very pleasant, polite, beautiful and fantastic at what they do. Highly recommended

I am writing to say how pleased I am of the manicure services that i receive monthly. Susan is awesome, she is attentive to the way i like my manicure and she makes a point to offer different treatment packages on hand - not that i always buy them, but she offers. If Susan is not available, I will reschedule for another day and time.

I have been here many times over the past few months and never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and professional from the booking process to the welcome to the serviced provided. I have been for a weekly massage here for around 2 months and honestly it is the best service I have ever received, and this includes visiting some 5* resorts both here and abroad. A special mention for Pini (I think I am spring that right?) who has genuinely helped me with my back problems, been amazing every time and taught me how to relax, plus she has given me some general health advice along the way.
Superb place which I would highly recommend. If you have even the tiniest concern they will bend over backwards to make sure your experience is perfect too.
I have also been for a haircut and I'm planning on trying some of their other services too.
I have been looking for a regular spa to go to that provides a high level of service but isn't in a 5* hotel and I have definitely found it. Very impressed so far.

I have been going to jazz lounge since last 3 years.
I am very much satisfied with all their products and services.
Mr. Ahmad the manager is best and always greet with smile and co operate for packages. I use yearly package for Facial, massage, Turkish bath, manicure and pedicure.
Hamza the Massage and Turkish bath Therapist is outstanding... no comparison with any one as he is the best. He give good pressure in massage and understand the nerve points and cure any kind of pain and your body feels rejuvenated. Free from stress, calm, and get feeling of tranquility.
I recommend Jazz lounge because they are the best.
