On traveling through Dubai our driver was telling us that they go driverless next month. we thought he was joking until we seen a recording on his phone that was taken during a trial . so we said how does it work if you said i am leaving Grosvenor House hotel going to emirates golf club then decided that once in the taxi you want to go to the Creek golf club only an example you must go to your1st pick then re book so he told us. seems odd but true

We were advised to use this taxi company by the hotel and we found them really good and the prices were competitive with Ubers. Most of the drivers are keen to talk and our first ride in Dubai from the airport to the Dubai Mall our driver pointed out lots of places of interest. We found them good and a lot were able to cater for 7 people. Would recommend this company.

We had read the forum on taxi's saying their credit card machine is not working and today we experienced it as we departed the Resilient Lady side at terminal B. Turns out our driver told us that taxi's must have a working eft machine or they are not supposed to operate. Also they can not refuse a fare, as it is a $500 durum fine and risk of dismissal if repeated offence. Turns out our initial taxi wanted a longer fare.

Never had a bad experience to date. It all depends on how we interact with the driver. Except for their change over time sometimes they refused to take you, otherwise never been told a NO. Decent cars and many modes of payment. Always know the areas and if not they offer their phone to use Google maps. Will recommend and to avoid illegal taxis roaming around.

Dubai Taxis offer a cheap and easy way to travel around Dubai. There are lots available, from the airport arrival onwards and the fares are cheaper than uber or Careem. The cars are generally very clean and drivers polite.

Great Service from the Dubia Taxis - all on a meter and started from 5AED ( about £1) Readily available and easy to flag down. used a few times and they navigated their was through the traffic. travelling as 2 ladies away, we found them very safe to travel in.

Ensure you use RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) licensed taxis for safety and fair fares. They are metered and regulated. While most taxis accept cards, it's always good to have cash on hand, especially for short trips. There is always high demand for taxis during peak hours (8–10 a.m. and 5-7 p.m.) and on weekends. You can save time and easily get a taxi by booking through an app.

Wonderful and friendly staff, hotel modern, clean and with a beautiful view. The restaurants offered good quality and tasty food. Taxis were always at the hotel and available, which I see as a positive. We will definitely come back here.
