Best yoga studio in Dubai! They have a wide range of yoga classes from beginner to advanced, the staff are amazing and always super accommodating! Thanks Zen Yoga!

Amazing yoga class, the instructor was great, really helped and encouraged correct movements and posture. Would definitely recommend this studio for beginners and advanced!!!

Zen stands out in myriads of Dubai's yoga studios due to its teachers: besides experience, anatomical knowledge, physiological understanding, etc., they all have caring attitude which is highly important if you don't want to limp off your mat. To top it off the variety of classes is great. Everyone will find a class that suits his training level and mood.

Zen Yoga is a cosy air conditioned yoga studio offering a large variety of classes and gathering for various levels kf yoga practitioners....check it out.

Love the studio, love the teachers. The manager does a great job in welcoming newbies to studios! Good offers on packages. Three locations make it easy to get to. Good variety of pilates & yoga classes & workshops.
