It was simply bad from start to finish. On booking it was confirmed I should look out for a white Land Rover with the company logo (247toursuae). After two phone calls (including the concierge giving very detailed directions ) and 30 minutes after the agreed pick up the driver arrived in a blue Toyota (?) with a different logo on it, telling me I'd pick the worst possible location (I was staying in the marina). At this point I should have gone with my gut and cancelled. I had a bad feeling that these were the early signs of a guy who did not know what he was doing, but I really wanted to sand board and ride camels and I only had a few days left. Reluctantly I got into the car. First stop, the driver told me he didn't speak good English but that after this we'd go into the dessert for sand boarding and camel riding so despite not being able to have a conversation for the trip I was pumped. Long story short, after a lot more driving and dune crashing it's about to get dark and the driver pulls up to a place where I can see camels finally, the dune crashing was fine but this is what I was here for. The driver said we'd eat now and have drinks and disappeared. During dinner there was dancing and fire shows but it had gotten very dark. The driver came over to ask for my money at which point I asked about the other activities on the list (see attached picture), he told me no we weren't doing those things. Bare in mind that all I wanted to do was sand board and ride camels, also bare in mind that the website clearly states that sand boarding and camel rides (as part of a list of other things I didn't do/wasn't offered - 15 bullets of which you could argue we'd done 7 if I'm being generous) are included in the trip and finally that upon booking (for 25% higher than the advertised price) these two activities were confirmed. I have long back and forth with the driver and another man I've not seen before (but speaks very good English) where I show them the webpage for the trip I book and they swing between mild aggression and trying to placate me saying I can sand board and ride camels if I want (it's now 8 o'clock) which leads me to ask them how and when I might be able to do it. Back and forth. Bottom line no I can't do the activities, the site meant that those activities and costs were for certain groups at a certain time (note this information is absent from the website and was not related at the point of booking), I can't use his phone to talk to the person I booked with, I have to pay or be left in the dessert alone. Back in the car dropping the last person off the driver takes his logo off of the car (turns out it's a magnet/sticker), I ask if I can see it and try to take a picture (so that anyone thinking of getting in this man's car in future doesn't) - he snatches it out of my hand and hides it. He tells me I'm upset with him but it's not his fault and I need to call the people I booked with, I assure him I'm not upset but do need the correct information for my review, he refuses. I'm sure the language barrier affected the following conversation but the bottom line remains - don't book with these people. I've traveled to enough places and been on enough tours to know that you can still have a good time even if there is a language barrier. A few prerequisites do include not being bullied and getting what you pay for. I was at the end disappointed, it wasn't a lot of money (as both men had explained to me earlier - which is partly why they believed I had no right to be disgruntled) but I'd wasted a day of my short trip, been treated badly and not followed my instincts.

We booked with this company for a safari yesterday and drove from abu dhabi to dubai. We had to wait at the agreed location for more than one hour , referred to many drivers of the company and finally and shockingly we receive an apology from management that we are : sorry !!!! no drivers are available!! One of my worst tourist experience. Not recommending this company to anyone due to poor coordination and very unprofessional attitude .

I want to tnaks to mr Habib Raja for promptness. I was in Safari,Abu Dhabi Tour and Dubai Tour. All was amaizing but on the top was the driver of Dubai Tour.A very comunicative man and we find a many, many things about Dubai, history and live. All time he talk and explain to us where we are and some interestings aspects of Dubai. Like a suggestion. In the Tour of Abu Dhabi the times to vizit are too short.30 min in Ferrari is nothing. All time we are under pression. And if the driver explaining to us some things about Abu Dhabi it will be perfect, but he didn't talk. A plus;very very good drivers as professional, and the last mr who was with us in Dubai Tour was great. Thank you for all! Mihaela,Romania
