This is my second time at Pacha, and i am still not impressed. i decided not to write a review last time as the place was still new and the service was horrible. A girl stepped with her heels on my feet and I was bleeding.. no one extended any help!
Anyways, this time I enjoyed the music a lot.. was in the red room which a small room in the club that plays different sort of music... however the service was terrible. Bartenders are so slow, you actually think twice before you get another drink. If you are new to Dubai, there are far better venues to try, this place needs some serious improvement.

Maybe the hype of this place got to me to add this place on my "must do" list for Dubai. Located at the entry point of Medinat Jumeriah the reception are is bound to awe you. I was here for the drinks and not the dinner that comes with a live performance. For that you go to the terrace lounge.

It's quite nice but not exceptional really. I have seen better. There is nothing like a panoramic view either. Yes the highlight is Burj Al Arab - and that is pretty much it. We were seated and I actually had to ask for the bar menu. The staff is attractive but with a kind of attitude that says "I am only doing this because I get paid well to do it". Drinks are low on content and quality and high on price. The animation staff (dancers) supposedly there to liven up the place are busy talking to themselves mostly or fellow staff.

Funny enough - despite the lack of service - I was asked if I would like to leave a tip. Not once have I experienced such a situation in Dubai where any waiting staff had even hinted for a service fee. The experience was enough to put this on my "Can avoid" list. I don't think the place would care much if I did or did not visit as it is reaping the benefits of the fame and name created elsewhere.

Initially I was surprised of how expensive the entrance fee was ($30 p/p) however as soon as we made our way to the central stage there was a fantastic show of dancers- the choreography was well executed. The venue wasn't as busy as I expected it to be on a Friday night, but it's still early days. The drinks are very expensive ($20 for a double vodka and soda) so I would recommend you pre-drink if you're sticking to a budget! The rooftop is aesthetically pleasing, where you have fantastic views of the Burj Al Arab and surrounding Madinat. For such a world class brand where music is their forte, I was disappointed with the choice of tunes aka a single repetitive beat. I've never been to the Pasha in Ibiza, but I had the feeling that same spirit there was not present in the one in Dubai. In a nutshell I would only go to Pacha to see the live performers (shows are before midnight).

I went to many different Pacha club in my life, New York, Munich, London and of course Ibiza. Well I have to say that being a franchise none of them are close to the original one. But when you get to a rich city(DUBAI) that is breaking records on anythings it does, you expect to find a nice, well made Club. Unfortunately NOT. Dubai is not the right place yet to host a famous club like Pacha. The history of this brand is clean and positive, why should you damage it with a fake place. The UAE culture is not ready for a transgressive club, the people who frequent it are not ready to party as we do in Europe. My review is negative because when I went there on the 31st to listen to DJ Reboot, I was really disappointed, why? After they were pushing us to have a table to avoid line at the door and enjoy our private space for 3000+Dirham, turned out we didn't even need a reservation to walk in, many people entered for free without any charge and selection or line. the privé around the console was empty, I thought maybe its early (1am) but turned out nobody booked any tables around us. I walked up on the rooftop, different music, different ambience, nothing similar to the style of Pacha. Commercial music is something we don't want to listen when we frequent house music club. However, the tables where pretty full, the people were enjoying it. but the worst thing made me fill sick one, the girls. I don't complain when I see nice girls, actually Im pretty happy. What made me sick is that 80% of them were prostitute "the real one" all of them with set procedure to approach a man: 1) a smile, 2) hi!!, 3)whats ur name? 4) do you wanna have fun? 5) its 1000++aed in your place for "fiki fiki". WHAT??? Omg where am I? give me at least 10 min to understand what you are up to. Anyway, I took the elevator back to the main room and I enjoyed the only good thing. The Music by DJ Reboot and The Whiskey on my table. unfortunately only until 3am, then all is death SHAME!!!...
PLEASE CHANGE THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS...

Arrogant stuck up staff who clearly think they are above anyone walking in, loads of areas off limits "reserved for VIP" with no one sitting, overpriced in a city that has so many great venues who offer great service at far better prices, I can spend my money anywhere I choose but won't be choosing Pacha....

I made a reservation, when at the entrance even before they asked reservation they told one of my girlfriends shoes were to low. I went to the car got my back up shoes showed up after few minutes only for them to say no. When I asked why and told them I had done my reservation. they had to discuss then ALBERTO asked his colleague if they should let this "BLACK PEOPLE" in..!!! we were told that we were a bit late and it was full. funny enough people coming from Traders Vic were flowing in Pacha. I guess next time I will bleach me and my gals skin so as to enter Pacha Ibiza.ALBERTO..!! stop being racist.

If you're Asian just avoid this place as you'll get rejected. Everybody else seemed to get through the doors fine however as soon as they saw 2 Asian guys they made up excuses of not letting us in. The funny thing is that they let 2 groups of 6 males in that were non Asian and there seemed to be no problem there. Just avoid!!

Where do I start this place has an endless amount of issues .
I reserved a table in the red room for Friday night . From the moment I got to the door I did not once feel like I was a VIP the hostess team that stood at the door was more interested in facebook than the VIP clients that come to the venue for table service. I could have walked past the host stand without them even noticing I was there . When I finally did get seen to I was walked to the red room up a dirty back stairwell wich is a fire exit . I finally got to my table where the hostess didn't introduce me to a waiter and just walked off . I stood at my table for almost 15 minutes before finally what seemed to be like a very junior member of staff asked me what I was doing at the table. We finally got a senior waiter who took our order at 1.25am we ordered 1 magnum of belvedere we got our bottle at 1.50am 25minutes later. We asked numerous times about our bottle and eventually had to walk to the bar to get a drink while we waited luckily the bar staff in the room were fast considering there were only 2 of them for the whole room .
I dont mean to be big headed or anything but I heard a lot about pacha and regularly spend 50000dhm every time I go out with my friends so I got invited by a friend and thought why not I'll give it a shot I'll happily say I'll never attend this venue again unless they make some radical changes . It is a good venue and great location but the level of service by the hostess team first and the 2 female waiters in the room was disgraceful I'm sure they do have some members of staff that would be amazing . I have had better service at macdonalds it's a real shame that this iconic world wide brand pacha is being disgraced by this venue in dubai .
I feel sorry for the people that work there !

A friend of mine was visiting Dubai as a guest for the DIFF (Dubai International Film Festival) which was happening at Madinat Jumeirah. Last night he decided to invite me to Pasha Ibiza Dubai along with another fiend, while trying to walk into the place we were approached by one of the guys that work there who mentioned to me that my outfit is not up to the dress code standard (T-Shirt, Vest and Jeans). My friends and I stepped aside only to watch another group of people walk into the place noticing that one of the guests was wearing the same exact outfit as mine. The same employee at Pacha Ibiza Dubai asked the guest to take off his vest and he let them walk in. I took off my vest and approached the employee again who refused to let me in once again for “2 reasons”
1- My T-Shirt is different than the other guy
2- For not knowing who the other guest was
To make a long story short, the General Manager of Pasha Ibiza Dubai is a Racist person who discriminated me in Public. I really don’t know how people can still get away with such behaviour.
Do not visit this Pacha Ibiza Dubai because you will be disrespected and mistreated.

According to ALBERTO the security guy with the white shirt and no hair we were not of pacha ibiza standards and many other black people were turned away and being given one lame excuse after the other. I have heard people talking about Pacha and I wanted to see it for myself and unfortunately I am not up to their standards so I will be taking my BLACK valued money elsewhere. Thank you for your services.
