The best spa in the world
Oct 2021
The best spa experience ever! I really enjoyed this day and my stay at Talise Spa. They have an incredible swimming pool, astonishing jacuzzi, hammam, sauna with a city view! It was just amazing! Special thanks to their helpful, professional, and delicate staff, especially Chao! Thank you very much for that special time!

Beautiful experience. One of the best!
Oct 2021
I booked a 90 minute Rejuvenating Massage and 30 minute add on facial with Shina. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a spa. I have travelled all over the world and this tops them all. Reception were friendly, efficient and very accommodating. Really clean and quiet in the Sauna, steam room and plunge pool area.
It’s very rare to find a therapist that does everything you need without having to ask. It was a wonderful unforgettable experience. Thank you, I will book again before I leave for me and a friend.

Very good, but a noisy pool
Aug 2021 • Couples
I went with my husband for a relaxing couples massage. It’s nice and luxurious ambiance, staff is very helpful and cool, the massages were to the point. However, what disappointed is that the mixed pool (the only to enjoy with my husband) was open to hotel guests and its children, who were jumping in the pool, screaming. A spa enviroment must be quiet and relaxing, and for sure that’s not what we saw.
We highly recommend to the hotel to restrict children access to this area.

Great Massage Experience
Jul 2021 • Solo
Did a full body massage. It was great thanks to Mr. Vikram who is a great massage therapist. Among many spa I went, Mr. Virkam was the best and very knowledgeable and gave me lots of recommendations. Also thanks to Mr. Jason for showing me the facilities and assist me with everything I asked for. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Always look for Mr. Vikram and Mr. Jason if you had a chance to book in Talise Spa Burj Al Arab.

Pool with a view
Apr 2021
Swim in the pool overlooking the sea or the skyline of dubai in a very colourful ambiance with gold touches throughout. You are welcomed by your assistant who looks after you from your arrival to your booked treatment. The massage room we had was a couples room overlooking the sea. The mens pool is accesible to women but the womens area men are not allowed. Our Treatment was very pleasant but my wife had a better experienced masseuse. The therapists were female we think from Thailand. The prices of the spa are competitive compared to other spas in Dubai.

Terrible massage
Jan 2021 • Couples
Terrible massage and no care from staff after complaining. Specifically requested a deep tissue massage and was assured the revitalisation massage was correct for my needs. The massage
Received was the weakest massage ever and definitely not revitalising nor deep tissue. Despite making my displeasure known, the team did nothing to remedy.
Couldn’t find towels or staff to provide them in them locker room or by the pool.
Overall a thoroughly disappointing experience.
Underwhelmed, disappointed and wholeheartedly
would not recommend.

Not up to par from start to finish.

Not the best spa in Dubai..
Feb 2020 • Couples
I was with my husband at the Talise spa yesterday afternoon but unfortunately yesterday I was not very satisfied.
First of all, nobody informed me, not even by email, that the women's swimming pool was impractical. In addition, in the swimming pool in the mixed zone there were children talking loudly and even a gentleman on the phone.
Today I write to assistent manager's Mrs. Maryna Valkova, but apart from some vague explanations, she was unable to remedy the situation even by offering at least one more entrance to the spa.
I believe that if a spa is located in a 5 or 7 star hotel like Burji Al Arab everything must be perfect or certainly not like yesterday afternoon.

Out of this world

Absolutely amazing. We loved the spa. The staff were friendly and attentive. The couples massage was lovely both masseurs were professional and gave excellent massages. I loved the little extras like the dates and apricots and infused waters. The facilities albeit older were in good condition and very plush.

A seven star spa fitting for a seven star hotel
Sep 2019 • Couples
My wife and I had two couples massage sessions during back-to-back weekend stays at the Burj Al Arab. Talise is located on the 18th floor of the Burj Al Arab. The facility has a mixed pool, a women's pool, a squash court, and a fitness center. Each changing room also has sauna, spa, and a pool chilled to 15 degrees.

The mixed pool gets a lot of visitors, many who are there to take pictures, so it may be crowded during peak hours of tourist season. However, I was the only person in the mixed pool when I visited in the morning. Further, the women's pool is a lot less congested and offers an alternative for the ladies.

The fitness facility has an assortment of free weights and machines. The fitness facility also offers multiple classes that vary throughout the week.

Our massage was fantastic. I informed my therapist, Egsin about my chronic shoulder and knee issues and he did a wonderful job not only on my trouble areas but the rest on my body. I left each massage session feeling rejuvenated and free from muscle/joint pain.

The service offered by Talise's staff is second to none of the other spas I have visited. Udaya, who works at the men's changing room, made sure I was provided with enough water to stay hydrated after my sauna, and my swim shorts were dried off before I left the facility.

Dopender, a Nepalese staff from the fitness facility whose name I probably misspelled or got wrong altogether, showed my wife and I around the fitness facility, kept me company while I waited for my wife, offered to workout with us (sorry we overslept, I will find you next time though), and offered then poured me tea while I was in the waiting area.

When I came back on the second weekend, many staff members, including Udaya and Dopender remembered me, and the conversations we had during the previous week, which is indicative of the amount of attention paid to me despite the sheer number of customers Talise receives each day. Everyone went out of their way to provide us a wonderful experience.

We will be back next time we visit Dubai.
