Get in for the whole experience, not just a spa treatment 🤍
If you are looking for a lavish experience with best service, this is the place to be. When you enter, spa team immediately makes you feel welcomed with their special ginger tea and warm smiles. We were greeted and given a tour around the place and their amenities. They have cozy steam room, grand pool to have a dip and many more. I really loved my masseuse Shein, who not only gave the best massage, she made the overall experience, calming and relaxing. She worked really well on the areas I wanted her to focus and I felt rejuvenated. Thank you so much Talise for the best experience!!! Can’t wait go back again

Amazing massage experience in the clouds
The experience was amazing, from the welcome drink, the warm scented towel, to the most amazing massage experience. I have been there few times, their massage experience is remarkable. I had my massage yesterday with Bovi, she is beyond amazing, I walked in with back, shoulder and body pain, and walked out feeling reborn. The only issue I experienced was the Jacuzzi in the ladies section which had only 2 seating spots working and the water jets in the remaining spots were broken, in order to sit in those spots where the jets work, you had to give your back to the most amazing view of the water and skies from the 18th floor of this iconic building! I wish they have it fixed, as I love this place and would certainly like to return to it. I still gave the experience a 5 star as the massage and all the rest of the experience is next to no other.

Amazing weekend staycation ag the world renowned 7 Star hotel in Dubai ! The whole staff was Accomodating and always ready to give all the things you need while having your own butler ! The Spa on the 18th fooor give you extra relief from the busy life of the city ! Special mention to the crew NOOR who accommodated us with hospitality and warm smile and Cristopher who are most helpful to us on our stay !!!! For sure we will. Surely keep on coming back to stay !!!❤️❤️❤️

Amazing experience!
Today I went to the Talise spa to get a massage and I can endorse that it was one of the best experiences ever. The service, hospitality and facilities are absolutely brilliant. I personally want to praise Leah’s outstanding attitude and service. The massage therapist Bovi was also so good. Since it was my birthday I even got special treatment and they served me a cake and tea. Thank you Talise spa for making it one of the most memorable experience.

Spa does not match up to the level of service expected within a “7 star” regarded hotel

We purchased the 2000 AED each 60 min massage followed by a facial package that ends with Bento lunch. Extremely disappointed by the level of service for a spend of 4000 AED. The massage was good but the facial is not a facial, it’s simply a face mask and some cream applied after.. everything was done within 60 minutes! The area to sit and rest after where some tea is served with nuts should be specifically designed to relax but it is constantly used by hotel staff, for bringing other guests in, staff rushing to the men’s changing room and openly talking to one another loudly about work. The gym is right upstairs so you can hear loud music which is completely beside the point of relaxing! The bento lunch which is basically not in anyway connected to the concept of bento is simply a salad and a soft drink. It should simply be renamed to an appetiser and a coke! It’s not lunch and definitely not worth it at all.
The changing rooms lack privacy as the spa staff are constantly watching you in the name of assistance, it’s just a bit too much and too much in your face!
Wouldn’t recommend it nor would go back.

Terrible massage

Terrible massage and no care from staff after complaining. Specifically requested a deep tissue massage and was assured the revitalisation massage was correct for my needs. The massage
Received was the weakest massage ever and definitely not revitalising nor deep tissue. Despite making my displeasure known, the team did nothing to remedy.
Couldn’t find towels or staff to provide them in them locker room or by the pool.
Overall a thoroughly disappointing experience.
Underwhelmed, disappointed and wholeheartedly
would not recommend.

What an amazing experience from the moment the doorman opened the car door until the very end. The ladies at Talise Spa were very professional and welcoming. All of the attendants in the ladies area were amazing, they went out of their way to do whatever they could to make the experience the best it could be. My masseuse was fantastic, I opted for a firm massage which was just that, she was knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment suite was framed by wall to wall windows overlooking the gulf - it was magical.
I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to experience this. I had the rose package which lasted 2 hours but the sauna, plunge pool, jacuzzi, infinity pool and other amenities were at your disposal for as long as you liked. The robes and slippers were amazingly soft too.

If you want to spoil yourself with 7 star service and pay 7 star prices then this is for you .
Not something the average person could afford on a regular basis but for a special occasion it surely is special.
From the minute you arrive you truly get first class service, luxury bathrobes and slippers, professional therapists and truly relaxing treatments.
Totally recommended if your on holidays and want to experience the Burj.
Only down side it is getting a little out dated but that's only my opinion.

Not the best spa in Dubai..

I was with my husband at the Talise spa yesterday afternoon but unfortunately yesterday I was not very satisfied.
First of all, nobody informed me, not even by email, that the women's swimming pool was impractical. In addition, in the swimming pool in the mixed zone there were children talking loudly and even a gentleman on the phone.
Today I write to assistent manager's Mrs. Maryna Valkova, but apart from some vague explanations, she was unable to remedy the situation even by offering at least one more entrance to the spa.
I believe that if a spa is located in a 5 or 7 star hotel like Burji Al Arab everything must be perfect or certainly not like yesterday afternoon.

Loved the service, loved the place and the luxurious feel to it. I had booked 60mins Massage and had full access to the spa pool and other amenities. I went there for my birthday and the team made it unforgettable. Till next time!
