Described as both a ‘Vertical City’ and ‘A Living Wonder,’ Burj Khalifa, developed by Dubai-based Emaar Properties PJSC, is the world’s tallest building. Rising gracefully from the desert, Burj Khalifa honours the city with its extraordinary union of art, engineering and meticulous craftsmanship. At 828 metres (2,716.5 ft), the 200 plus storey Burj Khalifa has 160 habitable levels, the most of any building in the world. The tower was inaugurated on January 4, 2010, and is responsible for a number of world-firsts. The tower became the world’s tallest man-made structure just 1,325 days after excavation work started in January 2004. Burj Khalifa utilised a record-breaking 330,000 cubic metres of concrete; 39,000 tonnes of steel reinforcement; 103,000 square metres of glass; and 15,500 square metres of embossed stainless steel. The tower took 22 million man hours to build.

This is a must see when in Dubai! Tour is interesting and if you’re going to visit, DONT go half way! You must go all the way to the top!

We read the terrible reviews and asked the ticket agent how high up we could go. She responded vaguely and we asked it that meant to the top. She continued to be vague. The price was steep, $135 US per person. We decided to ask...More

I had high expectations and probably because of that I got a bit disappointed. It turned out that you just high above everything else. To go to the top (not really- there are about 50floors more) it’s fast and easy - three different lifts trough...More

Got VIP tickets by error but really glad we paid the extra. Had tea and cakes then got taken straight to the lifts. Was served tea and macaroons. Saved lots of time and queue jumped going down too!

Visited the Burj Khalifa when I was in Dubai. The view from up there is amazing. Especially at night, with all the lights. It is something I recommend everyone to do if they have the chance.

The worlds tallest building -Burj khalifa. There is a reason behind people boasting about it, that you will experience only if you go to the observatory deck at 124 and 125th floor. The view is so magnificent there and you wont stop taking pictures. I...More

It’s a must see world record holder. Really well done on the presentation of the story of the building & transformation of the area. Beautiful view.

You have to book a timed slot. They then let you in around 15 minutes before your time. I think you swap your vouchers at the ticket desk. Maybe you could do it online, that's what I did, and booked my chosen time slot well... More

I suggest 6 AM. Reason is that once you on top you can secure your spot. They are very efficient, but earlier is better that missing out!
