Let me begin by saying, I would request our guide, Noor, and highly recommend him for others. Noor was very knowledgeable and attentive to our personal needs. He was very flexible in tailoring the tour to our requests and things we were interested in. While other tour guides lead you to places to spend more, Noor prepped us that he was not pushing us to purchase anything but only to explain different things. We really appreciate not being pressured. Noor was also very good at communicating prior to our pickup, during, and even a day after our tour. He did not hesitate to answer questions on a few herbs and teas that we forgot the names. Thank you Noor for all that you do. The service you provide is top tier.

I decided to go with Dubai Daily Tours after doing extensive research on other companies. I looked at reviews, price and what the desert safari itinerary offered. Dubai Daily Tours had the best price point, offered a desert safari experience that included everything I wanted. Also people that used them for the desert safari tour shared good reviews. So I went along and booked the tour through email several months before we traveled. Initially I sent in a request on the website directly but no one got in contact with me. After 48 hrs had passed, I sent them an email directly which was when I finally got a response. My sister and I booked a shared tour for the desert safari which included the sand dunning, camel ride, dinner, henna, shisha and the performances. The price for the tour was $60 USD. The day we arrived in Dubai, our tour was the next day. I emailed them on my room number and they confirmed pickup time. Our driver drove us to a pit stop where you could buy snacks, or use the bathroom. Then the 45-1hr drive to the dunes came after. Our driver was experience and had complete control during the dune session. After the dunes, we got out of our vehicles and were able to take photos and explore for a bit. We then got back in the cars and went to the area where the camels were. More photos there. Then we entered the Bedouin camp area where the rest of the evening took place. My sister and I enjoyed the henna, coffee, tea and drinks and the barbecue dinner that was provided. We saw 2 performances which was one of the highlights of our safari. When it was over, we were driven back to our hotel. Altogether we left at 330pm and came back closer to 10 pm. We had a great time and feel that Dubai Daily Tours did a great job organizing our experience. I would definitely use them again!

I have been with my wife and small baby to Duabi, and we booked already the tour With Dubai Daily Tour. Excellent service, always on time, and very accepatble dinner quality. A lot of fun especially at the Safari tour.I will highly recommend Duabi Daily tour for others

I did the Half Day City Tour and there were a few issues:
1) It was shorter than advertised (maybe a good thing)
2) We did not see the spice souk or take an abra across the creek and most other city tours include this
3) They tried to charge us more than what was agreed to on booking
4) The stop at the rug shop for a bathroom break was not needed (or part of the itinerary shown on the website)
I agree with other reviewers that the booking process was excellent and they were very helpful prior to the tour. Unfortunately the tour itself was not as impressive.

Most disappointing. Charged $150 for couple. Took money at the time of start Finished in 3 hours. Picked up at 9:30 AM and dropped us at Dubai mall at 12:30 PM. Missed museum as it is Friday and was not offered boat ride (I am not sure if the boat ride is included in the package or not).

We understand how disappointing it can be when your expectations are not met.
The company aims to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers but we assume no responsibility in your claims as I searched and found out that you didn't book your any tour with us. I would like to draw your attention that you are speaking regarding your experience with Dubai daily tours in general NOT our company Dubai Daily tours , its clear you booked with the other one as our email did not receive anything from you and we receive nothing regarding that you mentioned in your complaint.
We therefore suggest that you contact the person who did the reservation with you and know exactly the name of the company you booked with .
The company is actively working to improve service levels and your feedback has proved to be invaluable.

I have visited many places with different tour companies, but the trip with the Dubai Daily Tours was most exciting tour of my life. This was the best holiday i spend ever. While you are in Dubai, you do not need to make use of the local taxi service.You will find that very professional and courteous staff that are really helpful and friendly. You will not need to be concerned as you will be taken care of, and all your needs met. It is an advantage to you, as you will also not have to pay too high rates. I really love to use Dubai Daily Tours again and again whenever i visit Dubai.

We are cruised on the MSC Lirica as a family of four (2 yrs, 7 yrs, mom (pregnant) and dad) and had hoped for a great family getaway before the baby arrives this summer. Sadly enough the trip was more a disaster and waste of time and money than a relaxing getaway.
While we have cruised a lot in the past, this was out first last) experience cruising with MSC.
To sum it all up:
* Was not allowed to board boat until 6:28pm and lost the first day on the boat. First guests boarded at 7am. We were not allowed to board any earlier than the assigned time, even after inquiring if we could.
* Food quality is absolutely terrible, cheap, poor, and repetitive.
* Cabin was old, shabby (broken off corners, stinky bathroom, seals missing in the bathroom, ...) and DIRTY!!! We arrived to dirty linens, carpets, and a film of filth all over the bed frames and build in furniture. Even after the cabin got deep cleaned the next day you could see build up dirt on the carpets (corners and along rails) because the vacuum cleaner just got run along items instead of moving/picking up things so that the vacuum could get into all areas. YUCK!
* Entertainment program was absolutely limited, repetitive and poor. If you are not into getting dance lessons or have small kids that can not be left in the club you are very limited in what you can do. There were a few ( but far not enough) pub quizzes and one Sudoku challenge. It would be lovely to have more quizzes, challenges, and scavenger hunts where parents can bring smaller kids along.
* The mini golf area is a joke. You might be able to call it a putting green but definitely not a mini golf area. There are no obstacles at all and the greens are in poor shape.
* The library is SO smokey since it is next to the bar that you can not use it unless you smoke or don't mind smoke. We tried to utilize it with the kids (there had a large puzzle that you could help with) but we could not stay in the library due to the smoke.
* The main outdoor smoking area is on the main deck right by the outdoor bar and the stage where the majority of the entertainment is happening. As a non-smoker it is (at times) unbearable to even walk through there due to the smell. Poor smoking area placement to say the least, especially since it could be located one deck up that is overlooking the stage and has clean airflow.
* Staff seems to be unhappy. We overheard multiple staff mention that they are not having a single day off during their contract and that they are looking forward to finally getting off the boat.
* The boat is old and run down (We were hopeful that it would be better since it was recently renovated).
* The food quality on board was extremely poor. The first night our kids would not even eat the ice-cream and that never happens especially not after turning down dinner due to the poor taste of it. We really tried but it was awful ... continuously awful! Even the salad options were terrible (How can you screw up a salad bar?). Not even the minimal selection (lettuce, tomato, cucumber), nor dressing was available on a daily basis.
* The buffet area was pretty dirty. Check all plates, cups, silverware, and napkins before using them. Do not look at the cushions on the couches and never, ever look behind a cushion unless you are prepared to see dirt. The display is full of dust and the carved decorations are old and wrinkled.
* The boat rail on the open deck does not seem safe. The gaps are big and the rail seems low. We would not allow our kids up there at all.
* There is no actual running track on board. Yes, there is space to walk/run but no marked track is there.
* The TV program is extremely limited and poor. There is not one kids channel (Don't even care which language) and not one english movie channel. Disappointing.
* The hot water in the bathroom fluctuates when flushing the loo or running the faucet. I could live with that if it would only fluctuate if water was used in your bathroom but it also fluctuates (gets VERY hot) when someone in a cabin around you uses the water so be careful ... especially if you have young kids shower. The shower is not big enough to shower with small kids.
* No towel animals in the cabin. We got advised that MSC does not allow their stateroom attendants to make towel animals. To us l animals are part of cruising and we really missed them.
* Gratuities gets charged automatically to your onboard account without warning(also a donation per person). You can request to have those removed if you want to tip in cash.
* Shuttles organized by MSC are extremely overpriced.
* Organized tours seem expensive.
On a positive note, the kids club staff was amazing. They also offered a daily window (6:30pm to 8:30pm) where you could drop off younger kids (1-3yrs) and the baby club without charge. On sea days there had some additional times.
It allowed us parents to check out the casino and have some fun there (no kids allowed).
Much more went wrong during our time on board and even we were in close contact with management we ended up not enjoying the cruise at all (We were super disappointed that we only got a 50 Euro onboard credit as a compensation which breaks down to about 1 Euro per day per person as well as a plate of canapés (seas, meat on bread .... after we voiced our anger that there are no gluten free food options on board and I am pregnant, and a plate of chocolate and fruit treats that not even the kids would eat. We ended up just putting them back outside the cabin).
It seemed like a waste of time and money to us.
VERY disappointing to be honest.
Oh and we never heard from MSC even we complained on many levels to them.

I was traveling from SFO to Mumbai and had a 8 hours layover in Dubai airport. To utilize this time there was no better way then exploring Dubai. Due to shortage of time i had to book a transit tour package to visit and see major attractions of Dubai.
I got an affordable package with Golden dubai tours. My guide Bakshir had a great knowledge and also managed time well to make sure i see most of it with in short duration. Best part is they can provide tour at anytime and anyhours.

So many people recommend that my mom and I go on a desert safari, so that's exactly what we did. We picked Dubai Daily Tours after researching a multitude of companies in the area and we are VERY happy with our decision. We had a great experience and would 100% recommend this company to anyone and everyone that decides to travel to Dubai.

I decided to go for Dubai Tours after reading their reviews and sure enough they did not disappoint.Their professionalism and immense knowledge of Dubai and the whole of UAE was very helpful.They were in constant contact with us from the day I started enquiring from them from the UK until the day I returned.
We would definitely be using them again for my Oman tour and would highly recommend them.

Hi! I've a plan to stopover at Dubai from Manchester (via Emirates) after watching a Manchester United game in the month of Oct'19. Probably the layover is about 8 hours (between 11.00am - 8.00pm). Hope that you can recommend me a short Dubai City Tour about 6 hours (including visit at the Burj Al-Khalifah 125th Floor entrance). Airport pick-up & airport drop-off. The likely day of the week I'll stopover is on a Sunday or Wednesday. All my flight details can only be confirmed by the end of August'19

I'm on Solo tour this time. Minimum walking if possible since I'm already 58 years old & have a weak knee. I'm also flexible with all types meals. I'm a Malaysian Chinese Christian.

Has anyone used Headout Tours in Dubai? Their price for a combo of 3 tours (Burj Kalifa, Aquarium, and Desert Safari) is much cheaper than other tour companies. I'm afraid of the old saying "you get what you pay for". Any advise?

hi, i am doing my first ever cruise in February 2017 where i will be stopping off at Dubai & Abu Dhabi. i am interested in the dune ride & city tour. people say book through the cruise liner as if you are late back to the ship it could go without you. but also people say it is more expensive for a family of 4 to do it this way.

I believe the dune rides only go in the late afternoon due to the heat. As far as a city tour they will meet you at the boat and it will be during the day and a very good value as you see the whole city and would likely be your best bet. Now if your boat is overnighting in Dubai the desert safari tour was absolutely fantastic and the meal at the oasis was good and the belly dancers and acrobats were great but it does not return till around 10pm so it is good if departure is late night Abu Dahbi and Dubai are only about 5 sailing hours apart according to a friend of mine they did not have any overnight stops.
