I have been doing wakesurfing with seariders for few months now. The staff are very friendly and quick to reply.
The wakesurf instructors are very patient and concise. My experience with Karim today was very good. He explains the process well and empowers you to do better.

Me and my friends just started getting to wakeboard a very recently and since then, it's been something we don't miss out on! The crew and instructors are the best in Dubai and the quality of boats are superior! They also do fishing and cruising, so if you want to try something different, that should be it!

I've been wake surfing for 2 years now, started in Dubai with Sea Riders, and I still massively look forward to coming here to do it as often as possible. They had boats at the Marina and at the Creek's marina by the Park Hyatt and the golf club. I used to surf at the Marina, but now prefer the Creek as the water is usually calmer although it's not the open sea and the great views from surfing by the Burj el Arab!
The team at Sea Riders are all great and really know their stuff. Amr, Karim, and Anura are super professional, friendly, and fun to be on the water with. Can't recommend them highly enough. They take out a lot of wake boarders too, but I'm sticking to surfing. If you haven't tried this yet, you should. It's a great sport but very zen too.

Would not reccomend this boat hire at all. Was very excited for our boat trip, we booked 2 hours and when we were out at sea we struggled a lot to put the steps back onto the boat so wasn’t able to jump off and swim in the Sea. As we left the port we spent about 25 minutes waiting for big boats to come in before we could even start our journey to one of the beaches. After only spending about 5 minutes at the beach and struggling a lot putting the anchor out, we went the wrong way and got a bit lost out at sea so tried phoning the company who were very understanding on the phone and said to take our time and that it wasn’t a problem and specifically said to go extra slow when approaching the port. We got back ok and safely and went to the desk to collect our £100 deposit. The man was very abrupt and rude and told us that his manager has “gps” on the bats which was hard to believe and told us we had to pay an extra hour even though we were only 20 minutes late. Over all had an awful experience and wasn’t worth the money in the end.

Booked this for my son to go wake boarding in Dubai, Kelvin was a great teacher and experienced driver - it was so good we booked another session for later in our holiday. Would highly recommend!!

Thank you for your review, all feedback is important to us and we’re sorry to hear you’ve had such a frustrating experience.
As you can hopefully see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards. This makes us all the keener to make sure this gets resolved and doesn’t happen again.
We always take advanced booking, and our booking slots are full upto 6-to-7-day advanced reservation or sometime our boat are at schedule maintenance, so we do not accept booking during this time. All our customers go for 2hrs to 4hrs watersports activity, so captain will be with the guest all the time for their safety. Please WhatsApp or call us for booking your reservation in advance.

The boat's engine was damaged, so it couldn't go fast enough to wakeboard. Already out in the sea, we were forced to switch to wake surfing due the poor conditions of the boat. This could (and should) have been avoid with better communication and transparency at the time of the booking. Driver was nice and experienced, and despite the mentioned upset we had a good afternoon
