The structure itself is a marvel, but I felt the staff, specially at check in were inefficient and unhelpful, ruined the experience. Tip: I bought tickets via Viator and they didn't carry polar express tickets which were a lot more reasonable as it includes a penguin meet...ended up buying two different packages and roughly US$30 per person. Confronted this at... More

This is a fascinating indoor snow park, more so because it is built in middle of a dessert land. The kids and elders both have a good time . We opted for a Polar Express Pass with Penguin encounter for 40 minutes. We bought them directly on arriving at the park which is very conveniently located in the Mall of... More

Love Ski Dubai. Once you have paid you go to choose a pair of gloves then wait to get kitted out with trousers, jacket and ski boots. Children have to wear a helmet at all times and get fitted with one too. It's very cold in the slope. You need a hat and scarf too....these are NOT provided The gloves... More

Freezing cold but lots of things to do. Loved the giant ball, taboganning and lifts up the slopes. Kids had a blast... bit of a question though

So Ski Dubai is one of those experiences that you do so you can say you did it. Well, I did it. At the time of my visit, I was skiing 30+ days a year so I was in peak form. Unfortunately that didn't matter when a kid who had clearly never been on skis before blindsided me and we... More

I'd seen pictures of it when it was first built a dozen years ago, now I've seen it first hand. It's neither as opulent as it first sounded, nor is it a fad that is likely to fade away. When we were there many people were skiing and tobogganing. At the entrance there are a couple souvenir shops as you... More

Good concept but does not apply to our interests that much. They had a penguin presentation which was kind of cute and really original. We enjoyed watching people skiing and again, the penguins!

Just like everything Dubai overs, Ski Dubai is a perfect experience. Super friendly staff with smiley faces all around offering assistance at any point. Ski Dubai is not a new project, yet i am still amazed to be able to ski or enjoy the snow and in 10 minutes be at the beach enjoying the sun. To all the team... More

Definitely one of those must do's!!!!. A bit pricey but worth it. It has a layout that would challenge any real ski resort in the world. You walk in and theres a big area with a lounge with a crackling fire. Area is cold enough to order hot chocolate as in St Moritz. Everything you need for a ski experience... More
