I've had a great time at Ski Dubai! It was fantastic learning how to ski independently for the first time and was thrilled to learn more new ski skills! This was absolutely one of the most memorable moments I've had in Dubai! I strongly recommend this place.
For improvement, I would say to improve the cafe area by adding bathrooms and more seating in the cafe areas, all in all an outstanding experience, I would give this a rating of 10/10 for my experience.

Had the time of my life.
Always been on my list to try when I was in Dubai.
Penguin show was great chairlift & rides were so much fun.
Staff was lovely great experience start to finish.
Highly recommend this.

In the heat of Dubai. Ski is the best place to visit. It’s a unique attraction in Middle East. Lots of activities with the kids. Be care if rush time. During peak time no need to buy unlimited ride access because you won’t be able to do that due to huge queue.

When we were in Dubai a few years ago when we were inside the Mall we saw this inside the mall. Who would ever skip the chance to try skiing in Dubai, inthe dessert! Very nice place and even the snow feels and looks the real one. I highly recommend this place to travelers.

We spent over 9 hours in here today and had an incredible time. Our kids had a ski lesson and so did I, while my other half did the slopes. The instructors were great and really made the whole experience feel safe and let us build up our skills at a good pace. The kids had an amazing time and want to go again.
We did the penguin encounter which was lovely for all of us. You have the opportunity to get a really close look at the penguins. There is a photo session where you can actually stroke the penguins. It was also very informative, as the guides tell you many interesting facts about these wonderful creatures.
The staff at Ski Dubai were all so helpful without exception, in particular security who deserve a great deal of praise for their efficiency and customer care. I cannot thank you all enough for a truly fantastic family day out. This place is another example of the very high standard of attractions available in Dubai. It is clean, well-organised and designed with convenience in mind. I have no doubt we will be returning here each time we visit Dubai. ❤️

Overall Ski Dubai is a great experience, but one thing to note is the cost of photos which is astronomical, especially since any personal photography during the penguin encounter is not allowed! Plenty were taken by professional photographers throughout the day though, but the cost for the collated photos is 1,200 AED and a single photo is 150 AED. Disappointed in this regard…

Snow park has 4 rides with 1 under maintenance when we visited. Zorb has a very long wait in the que to have a 10sec ride. Bumper ride too short with long que wait time. Not worth the almost 200 per person entrance.

Who doesn’t like snow
We all love it. Even if we are on a trip to Dubai that is practically a desert doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy snow
Emirates Mall very proudly holds Dubai’s indoor snow world
Get a chance to experience chilling rides and learn how to ski
What more you also get a chance to meet the penguins though separate ticket required to meet them personally
But everyone gets to see them once a while on stage
The slides were really cool. Especially the fastest slide down the mountain top
The snow ball ride was also fun
Most of take the cart up the mountain and see many experienced skiing down the slopes
And of course the snows is there and waiting for you to play with it
Better if you carry your wooden caps cause the temperature there was freezing
Enjoy a visit to South Pole

Is there any time limit inside the ski dubai ?

Hi, the time limit is only on the slopes. You can either have 2 hours or unlimited day pass. For snow park only its unlimited :)

They usually give warm clothing, so just wear casual clothes. Also bring gloves because they don’t provide them.
Any guidelines for visiting with a 2.4 year old toddler? Are gloves and caps available for them or we have to bring our own?

Jackets,gloves, socks, and boots are available for free, but I believe it will be too cold for a toddler.

You can indeed. I brought my own ski socks and gloves. I wouldn't bring my own ski suit as it would have taken up too much room in my luggage - but if that's not a problem for you, go ahead. Enjoy your trips

If you're looking to just visit the Snow Park and our beautiful Penguins, it's no problem.
If you are looking to hit the slopes for the first time though, you will need to join one of our beginner lessons, taught by our talented team of Instructors.
