Amazing

this place is amazing. Getting into the -2 degrees from the 32, is a woow!! The lifts are great, the slopes are fun.

Not a real ski-experience, but very very close to it.

The only thing i can recommend is to paint or put pictures of snowy trees to the walls to reduce the “ski in a box” effect.

Ski in the desert
Sep 2021
A unique site. Excellent for learning to ski especially for children and the adults to watch this lovely scenery. Have not find such a place elsewhere, you really believe you are in the alps as the atmosphere of swiss chalet is there too. Unique when you think that you are in Dubai which is in the middle of the desert!!!! Have been there each time when Dubai since over 5 years so much the family likes it!

SkI Dubai is an absolutely lovely place to visit. It is charming and fun and I love visiting here with my family. It is organised and friendly and there is everything you need for a wonderful experience. You will quickly get changed and then enter the Ski Area. It is charming, especially at Christmas time. There are a lot of activities for the children to do no matter what their ages. Ski Dubai is expensive however if you go early in the day you can stay for a few hours. The hot chocolate is great and there are many food and drink options available for you.
You can go around the mall first and nip in for a few hours Skilling- it is Dubai so why not?

Undertrained and unfriendly staff
Aug 2021 • Couples
I came with a day pass for the park, purchasing my tickets online. When I approached the Online Counter, I was intercepted by a staff who was mending the Snow Cinema counter who redirected me to the Slope Counter. My lesson was meant for 2.30pm but I decided to skip it and just head to the park at 8.30pm, but she just assumed I was there for a Slope session (because I entered so late). Tried to ask another staff at entry who just rudely dismissed me to “talk to the manager”, who ended up being just a crew mending the sourvenir booth. Said staff was helpful but sent me to the ticket booths which weren’t working. After more than half an hour of going around in circles and long waiting time at a queue which only had 2 in front of us (mind you, we were back to the Online Counter, which I was stopped from queueing at initially) we finally got in. Really not a good start with such undertrained, assuming staff to mend your entrance.

If you’re not there to ski, the rest of the stations would be better off for kids. Nothing amazing about this “indoor snow city” which they acclaim it to be. Definitely not worth the price, worst attraction out of all the rest we’ve been.

Don’t bother unless you like queuing for nothing
Aug 2021 • Family
So upset to have wasted a lot of money to visit this utterly rubbishy place. Had a bad feeling before we even booked as I tried to phone customer services twice, and after 30 min no answer.

Even with pre booked online tickets, we still had to queue to get in. Long queues after that for the clothing. Half the lockers don’t work so you’ll have to wait for security with his electronic key. In Total a full hour from joining the entrance queue to getting in the snow park.

Once in, there was mostly ‘rides’ for small children. Again long queues for 5 second rides- which certainly weren’t ‘thrill’ rides.

There was no COVID proofing in the lines either- queues zig zagging so we had people in front, behind, and either side, as the lanes were only 3 ft wide.

The majority of the other guests have no manners. Actively pushing past us to jump the queues, banging us with the tobogans, and going the wrong way down the lines. It was like a fight for survival half the time.

The final straw was when the zorb balls broke down.

Basically we walked out after an hour in the park because it was so terrible. 250 euro down the drain, and self COVID tests now needed.

Must visit
Aug 2021 • Couples
Must do thing in Dubai even if you are not for skiing.
Situated inside mall of Emirates ,it is the biggest indoor ski resort in the world,at one point it’s difficult to believe that we are inside a mall and that to in a hot place like Dubai.
Suggested to book in advance to save some time,do check offers on third party booking portal like Klook, mostly there is big difference of price.
For non skiers there are some snow ride and a zip line which is worth doing.Ropeway ride should also not missed which gives an eagle eye view of ski slope.at 1st stop of ropeway there is also an cafe, don’t miss having a hot chocolate there before going for Zip line.
If possible try to visit during weekday and avoid weekends/holidays otherwise have to negotiate long queue before each rides.

Indoor Skiing! How cool is that!?
Aug 2021 • Family
If you like to ski you have to try Ski Dubai. I don't know how many places exist where you can ski indoors, with a full-fledged ski lift, ice luge and tubing all together. The ice luge is fun, but keep your arms across your body to avoid banging an elbow on the icy sides! The tubing is really for the little kids, but the Mountain Thriller is quite fun. Watch out for crazy, out of control skiers however, because when we were there quite a few were on the slopes. That's the one area that could definitely improve...a little slope policing.

Well organised in stations, ski clothes and gear included (strangely enough gloves were payable !), large slope with space for beginners and advanced skiers.

Dissapointing
Jul 2021 • Family
Is not the first time for me to visit the venue but today was below my expectations. The whole setup looks already old, it needs uplifing but worse than that is tha poor quality of the rental equipment and lack of control. First pair of boots had a pair of used wet socks inside, quite disgusting, second pair was also wet and the tightening cord didn't have a lock (snowboarding), third pair of boots had a broken heel and finally I settled for the fourth, old, scrappy looking pair.
