Memorable Experience
We headed to Buhayra lounge seeking a place with a classy vibe, good food and great views. We were not disappointed. The place is perfect with amazing views of the Dubai skyline and the Burj. The menu has something for everyone, including our vegetarian preferences. A special callout to our captain Rufus whose hospitality and impeccable service skills provided the perfect ending to our awesome holiday. I would look forward to visiting again and highly recommend this place.

One of my favourite places in the whole world!
This is one of the best places I have ever been in the world. No joke, whenever we come to Dubai this place is top of the list. It feels like a secret / hidden gem that isn’t too touristy. You get the most amazing views of the Burj Khalifa & surroundings but the staff, food and service is 5/5 too. Thanks to our servers AMR & we have also been served by Ashraf a few times and both are fantastic. I’ve never had a bad time here and I think I’ve been 5+ times now. My favourite place!

First time to Dine

Had some little bites and drinks yesterday with my friend. Went to a place with a perfect view and cozy vibes, decided to go here at Buhayra Lounge. Thankful for the servers AMR and Bhupen who took care of us, service was beyond expectations. It was our First time to dine and it feels like me wanting to dine everyday.

This is one of the best places I have ever been in the world. No joke, whenever we come to Dubai this place is top of the list. It feels like a secret / hidden gem that isn’t too touristy. Great overall experience!!

Went to the Buhayra restaurant . RUFUS did an amazing job serving us. He was friendly and made sure we have a wonderful experience . He is definitely doing a great job and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone - primarily because of the service we got from him ! Kudos to him!

Beautiful backdrop and good service

I visited here twice in early February whilst staying at the Palace Downtown hotel. Beautiful backdrop with the Burj Khalifa, Burj Lake and a partial view of the Dubai Fountains. Staff were helpful, friendly and service was professional. Air conditioned cabanas provided a sense of added luxury. I didn’t try the food items on the menu but did try the drinks which I would recommend. Hope to return here when I’m back in Dubai.

Amazing time spended with my loved once

The lounge is amazing where you can enjoy your evening under the stars with burj view and burj park with amazing view. Second the service is amazing special thanks to Mr Saroj who managed the place very well with every table request. He actually assisting every guest very well. As well Mr Singh who serve us on time with hot coffee. I loved the place and I enjoyed my evening with amazing view of fountain show. Soon will come back thanks Saroj to invite us back.

Epic views, wonderful service and lovely food. Make sure you get the Shisha too! Very good quality and always prompt with changing the coal.

Thanks to Mahmoud for the great service. Would definitely recommend visiting either as a couple or with friends or even family.

Great view, best service!

We always come to Buhayra Lounge for our pool day when we visit Dubai. They have a nice menu for during the day and we ordered several items (hummus, fries etc). The view is amazing! Sisha is available from around 16:00 and is also very good. It’s also very nice to come here at night and have a drink, snack and sisha.

Mahmoud is by far our favorite and always greets us (and our kids) when we visit again. He always takes care of us, knows our order even after some months. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and offer great service.

Would definitely recommend Buhayra Lounge for the great location and fabulous staff!

Perfect place to chill!

After a busy day at work, we decided to try this lounge. At the Palace reception, we were met and assisted by James, very nice guy, he didnt fail to make us feel the hospitality as soon as we stepped in the lobby. He escorted us to the lounge. Place was indeed relaxing, with outdoor seating and pool cabanas, the view of the fountain adds up to the overall experience. Imagine having your shisha w/ your favorite apple mint flavor along with the cool breeze and the fountain view plus of course good food! You just couldnt ask for more. The staff were tremendously helpful and cheerful, specially the barman Lahiru, you'd know he's smiling even while wearing a mask. Good job to Sanwar as well for ensuring we are well taken care of. Great Job. Definitely on top of the list of the best chill places in Downtown.

Horrible experience

Nice view , nice restaurant with nice ambiance. Just had a bad experience from Mr Mani probably the supervisor as they prefer giving out tables to preferred nationality and for some nationalities he ask for minimum spend. It wasn’t a nice experience and he really done a great job by making the evening horrible.
