The Dubai Tennis Stadium is the venue for the annual ATP and WTA Dubai Duty Free championships held in February. It's actually part of a complex in Al Garhoud with outer courts and training courts too.

The main stadium is well-covered and comfortable to sit in. Free seating is available for ticket holders. During the remainder of the year, it holds many concerts, which tend to attract large crowds. Next door are the Irish Village and Centyr Village, which offer a number of options for eating and drinking.

The tennis is Dubai (certainly for the early rounds) is incredibly cheap and well worth a visit. 55AED last year and I saw Federer, the same again this year and saw Djokovic. There are plenty of food and drink outlets in the Irish Village so you will stay entertained!

Seating is free for all so if you want the best seats then get in early. I would say though that there aren't really any bad seats in the stadium.

This stadium hosts the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships in February every year. The woman's tournament takes place the first week and the Men's in the second week. The location is very central , making it easy to get in and out. The venue is not very big only having 1 main court and 3 outside courts but the adjoining Irish Village provides a wide range of food and drink. Also there is a wide range of retail shops and restaurants within the stadium itself .
On the main court the seating all over offers excellent viewing but try the outside courts if you want to get close to the players.
Organisation and security is excellent too.
Not quite the Dubai rugby sevens but still a very enjoyable event.

I attended the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships men's week for the fourth year running this past week. Of course, it was made totally memorable in every way by Roger Federer playing and then winning his 100th title. However, the whole event adds so much to the experience. It is easy to get to, the facilities on site would suit most tastes, the stadium itself is cosy and intimate with very good viewing from almost anywhere and the staff and organisation are outstanding. Well done and thank you for one of the highlights of what I guess I must now call my golden years.

I spent really good time there. It was very organized tournament. Everywhere securuty and staff.
I could say that everything was perfect but in 2018 year in that tournament did not come any top tennis player, so it was a little boring. You know, all people waited Federer :)

Great event every year at roughly the same time. First week of ladies and second week of men’s tennis. So many big names over the years and such a great facility from centre court to the other courts. The staff are so helpful so many around and great food and drinks outlets. Great atmosphere at the Irish village and century village too. Some retail outlets too. Great seating to watch the tennis and so professional. Families and all welcome and a great buzz for the 2 weeks every year that the tennis is on. Always stuff on for children to participate in as well everyone catered for.

The facilities are world class, the tennis events are well organised and attract some of the best players on the global circuit, and the experience is highly recommended whether you want to play with friends over the weekend or even find a tennis superstar training next to you!

Took the opportunity to go here as the WTA Tennis event was happening at the time and we had a spare evening. Great decision as the venue is superb. Around 4-5000 seater centre court and a number of outside courts, all well maintained and looking good for the event. Entry was cheap enough as was early in the tournament, only 55 Dhm but I believe gets double that at least when semi final/Final stage. Was a good night and afterwards spent some time and had a few drinks at the Irish Village which is set up behind the stadium. In fact the complex consists of lots of restaurants in an intimate, real village feel. Traffic can be a bit busy. Was within walking distance so wasn't an issue for me but then traffic always seems busy in Dubai! Worth a look even if no tennis tournament on. Was one of the few places you can grab a few beers in an environment similar to home.
