“Worst customer service!!!”

We went for shopping and was checking shoes on 13 sep early morning at 1 22 am. Suddenly customer service person came and started miss behaving that why are you keeping shoes here. When we said we are trying he said he will have to put it back and was very rude. We asked for Manager so a person who was claiming manager also was not willing to listen anything. Instead taking his side and miss behaving as well. I have never seen this attitude in my life from customer service. I will never go back for shopping...

I just went to buy something and I noticed there one of the buyr he want to return the thing which he brought from there and the staff was shouting at him.. and I went to the cash counter after I paid my bill he give AED5 which is with masking tap I told him please change and give me other..but I see that he was shouting to me in front of other customers.. I think he is from kerala (india)

I went to buy a gift from there in cheap price but I ended with many items was not on mu list, it is same like any 10-20 mall or china mall

Shopping for family. I purchased some new collection but I saw most item are from China and not a good quality.
I like there free WiFi service for all area's of the shopping center.
