Horrible!!!!
First we arrived the receptionist was very strict we were having fun and positive energy but he was all the way down even i asked him are u upset ? we book couple massage The two masseur came and directly to the room i asked is there any changes room or I need bathrobe and i was shocked that she said no today we were busy it’s finished When the session started the lady was coughing !!! And she have nails I couldn’t relax and i felt her nails ..
during the session I asked for stretching my legs she said ok u have to go pay 100 dirhams extra first ! Never recommend

I had the 90 minute aromatherapy for 269dhs on January 30. Got the offer from Groupon. The messeuse her name was Kira was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Visited the spa for a combination of Swedish and Thai massage (60 mins). Would highly recommend the treatment, I almost dozed off into bliss. The staff are well trained and very accomodating and the spa ambience is of an understated luxury. Huge shout out to Ms Jhen at the reception for being so kind and my masseuse Ms Lucky for the lovely massage. Will definitely visit again.

My friend and I had Swedish and Aromatherapy massage there. I loved the experience, massage was great and relaxing after the massage with a cup of tea was amazing too. Our therapists Sara and Chery were very skilled. Absolutely recommended!

Omg my experience in elixir spa is so perfect and I relax. Patty she's very good and strong she know where is my problem in my back so I will visit again and I will request her for my 3rd visit.thank you so much Patty. See you soon

The massage was a very good expérience with Natacha. I recommanded. You have to take thé 90 mns ans you will bé destress.
I choose thé Sweedich massage but you can change if it s to strong. It was a great moment.

One of the best Spa experiences I had in Dubai. Clean and relaxing environment and good facilities. My therapist Natty was very professional and friendly with expert hands. She knew exactly how to unwind tight muscles and melt away the soreness in the body. Whether after a hard days work in the gym or after a long tiring trip, she can make you feel rejuvenated and reenegized. Highly reccomended.

Been here to do a spa treatment for the first time and I would like to say thanks to my therapist “Bella” and the receptionist “Jhen” for accommodating me. Jhen suggested me to do a mixed massage of Swedish, Thai & Aroma and I go ahead with what she said and thanks to Bella for providing me an excellent service and she’s knows very well what she’s doing. Professional masseur.. !!

So I suppose this was my first and last visit to this spa and here is why:
- forget that it is complicated to find the spa itself, once you enter no one will offer you a locker key. I had to bear my bag and clothes with me until I insisted to get one, then one of the staff borrowed me her key. Not a 5 star welcome at all - nobody offers you slippers, you have to stay in your shoes.
- there is no music at all which is weird, come on guys this is a spa...
- you can see attached photo of the changing room, there is only one hair drier and the room is ridiculously small. Feels like a coffin, looks like a joke.
- the smell in the “lounge” where you go after treatment is horrible - smells toilet. Tea and cookies they offer is cheap - perhaps cost saving.
To conclude, nowadays competition is all about ambience. Though massage was good, I’d rather pay more and visit a proper spa, with nice lounge and music.

2 of my friends and I had a spa day at the Elixir Spa which included use of the spa facilities and pool access. The massage was incredible. My therapist, Ria (who I would highly recommend!), gave me a very relaxing Swedish massage and ensured to pinpoint areas of tension in my back, neck and shoulders. I would definitely return for a massage with this therapist. The pool access was good however the large amount of people drinking alcohol around the pool made for a rowdy atmosphere which wasn't quite as relaxing as some of the other resorts I have visited for a spa day.
