It seems your first review was taken down earlier by the Trip Advisor officials because you had used an impolite word and also because you had referenced a restaurant in Saudi Arabia (we are based in Dubai). We appreciate your taking out the time to rewrite the review for our company.
We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the experience. Food and taste is entirely subjective, so we do respect your right to share your opinion. We are very grateful that many of our guests in the past have enjoyed the food on the trail (as can be seen in former reviews before the 3 coincidentally negative reviews that you and two others, all of whom are first-time reviewers to Trip Advisor, have all left on the same day). In fact, we have been honoured to see residents of Dubai do the trail not once, but twice or in some cases, even thrice! These are the guests who may have equated value on the tour to all elements: food over 4 hours, the food knowledge and stories shared by the guide, the goodies that we hand out and the overall experiences we craft at each restaurant including the '''behind-the-scenes'' view.
We are pleased to hear that Dubai has offered you some excellent experiences in the higher-end part of town, and I'm sure that many a reader will benefit if they were to click your profile and see where else you have had a more satisfying set of meals. Currently we do not see that you have left reviews anywhere else, but were you to do so, our team would surely visit these restaurants and learn about what elements may be incorporated into our trail. There is always room to improve and we strive to do this through our guest's investment in providing constructive, actionable feedback.
