About
The At.mosphere lounge is a chic venue, open throughout the week and can seat 130. It serves light lunches and high tea, before turning into a vibrant spot in the evening. Guests can enjoy a premium range of beverages, and unwind to lounge music, spun by the in-house DJ. The interiors of the lounge are in deep shades of amethyst with a rich combination of patterned velvets, natural woven textiles and leathers with a distinct design and a colour palette of chocolate and caramel with a touch of cream. The lounge opens to panoramic views of Dubai serving as the ideal venue to watch the sunset.

Neighborhood: Downtown Dubai
You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building, but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy a lunch or dinner watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.

The experience of arriving at At.mospheres begins in the high speed elevator as the numbers displaying the floor you are changing so fast and you reach the 122nd floor in no time and as doors open and you walk down the spiral staircase, the view is unimaginable. Is the Souq Al Bahar fountain really that small???
Once inside, the decor is lovely, chic and very warm and comfortable. It is such a relaxing experience looking out over the skyline across the Gulf while the sun is setting and you are sipping on a signature cocktail. Definitely an unforgettable experience.
We were treated with such warmth by the staff. We found them to be highly attentive and extremely courteous.
You must try the smooth and rich aroma 24 carat gold leaf coffee. It is without a doubt, he world’s most premium coffee and I was informed that it has 100% Wild Kopi Luwak from Indonesia.

The restaurant is located at the 122nd floor of Burj Khalifa and it is accessible from the Armani hotel .
The restaurant shares the floor with the afternoon tea area , but it has a better seating in the day time since the sun hit the tea area during the day .
At admission they emphasize on minimum spending of 500 Dirham per person . the food menu has four main courses and few options for appetizers and drinks .
The view is spectacular, and the food is delicious , this visit will serve well as an alternative from the 150 Dirham visit to the top .
You may also sit at the tea area and enjoy the view as well . Enjoy while in Dubai .

If you are in the mood for a very special breakfast then look no further than At.mosphere. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Exemplary service and amazing food. Highly recommend pushing the boat out and going for the 3-course Decadence menu, then sit back, relax and enjoy a wonderful morning. Thank you to everybody at At.mosphere for making this a truly memorable breakfast. We will definitely return...

Pretty sure I booked a window table, but staff upon arrival said I hadnt and no way to prove via the booking confirmation as its conveniently left out in the email. Staff had us sitting for 30 mins at some random table with one of the chairs feeling like it would collapse at any time, before saying they were moving us to one of the several available (this was 9.30pm so should be a no brainer but apparantly not) window tables. Then, just before moving, some other couple snatched the table we were told they were moving us to - staff said there was some 'misunderstsnding'. Totally amateur. When we finally got moved, we had some extremely noisy group (one very drunk guy) right next to us, staff did nothing to make it more tolerable for the rest of the guests in the restaurant and even kept serving more drinks. Stsff also didnt seem to grasp that I didnt want red wine for the wine pairing - had to explain 3 times just to be offered rose wine for the first dish which I again had to reject. Food service very very slow it basically took us less time to eat each dish (ordered the signature tasting menu) than get service and hardly any checking on us between the dishes despite only serving approx. 10 tables in the restaurant. Every dish was presented by some person mumbelling out in a rush what it was so didnt even know what we were eating. Had to flag down staff to pay the bill at the end like in some hawker street food joint. Food very mediocre with several dishes being very much sub par and even rhough we were very specific about the rsrirty of obe of our dishes (the steak) they still managed to serve both steaks the same so only one of us ate. All in all extremely dissappointing for the 4 digit dollar price we paid for 2 pax. On top of this, they send you a survey asking you to spend time on writing to them how to improve but once youre finished the submission of the form fails...what an absolute joke. Will for sure not return, nor recommend. If youre a couple looking for a romantic wow experience, look elsewhere, this is a complete waste of money.

The staff, food and service at At.Mosphere is nothing but a let down. This restaurant over promises and under delivers in all areas.
I came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I’m embarrassed I took him here.
Patrons paying top dollar to eat shouldn’t have restaurant hosts treat them arrogantly. There’s no excuse for employees to talk to customers like they're above them.
The food here was underwhelming and unacceptable. The waiter recommended I order the beef rosini instead of the frog legs I was contemplating. The beef came out over cooked and dry. It was well done and I requested the beef at a medium rare temperature. The waiter never even checked on us after our meals we’re delivered. There was no opportunity to let him know how unsatisfactory our meal was. I wouldn’t recommend At.Mosphere I would suggest you spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

The staff at the welcome elevator really let the place down. People paying top dollar to eat shouldnt have someone on restaurant salaries look them up and down arrogantly and talk to them like they're above them. Girl in red outfit needs to learn some manners. Working on the night of the 24th of September.

This is the 3rd time that we enjoyed this restaurant with my wife; breakfast and dinner previously and today for afternoon tea (high tea).
From the taste of dishes to the excellently warm service (thank you Ronnie once again) everything was awesome. No need to mention the spectacular view of Dubai from the top of the world.
P.S. A perfect location for celebrating special moments such as anniversaries

After navigating the confusing website, we decided to book the 2-hour Luxurious Afternoon Tea at 2.30pm, and paid the higher price for a window table. When we arrived we were rudely told by the lady on the ground floor reception that we would have to vacate by 4pm, and she brusquely said they had a private event. The restaurant receptionist was also very rude and told us the same thing. We objected, as our booking confirmations had said nothing about this but she dismissed us, rudely saying she would get our confirmation checked but she didn't come back to us. However, once seated, our waitress was charming, couldn't have been nicer and sorted that out in a few minutes, confirming that we could stay until 5pm, and on into the evening sitting at the bar if we wanted to. The "private event" is the weekly Ladies Night on Tuesdays, which was starting that night at 5pm (website now says it starts at 9pm so it may have changed). It wasn't a good start to a very expensive afternoon, but the rest made up for it. The tea was delicious, it was a whole bottle of sparkling wine, not just a glass each, and as I said, the waitress was delightful. After we had finished, she even showed us the restaurant on the other side, to see the views. I would say going in daylight will give you better views than in the evening. Glad we went, but would have been 5-star if the reception staff were not so incredibly rude.

The restaurant is designed for guests with a beautiful glimpse of the city. Adorned with lustrous mahogany walls with stylish furnishing, we selected to be seated with a window view. They were very quick and prompt and they focused on innovative world cuisine prepared with passion. From the mouth watering seafood to the tender grilled meat and the delightful desserts and a service to match.

Apart from the nice view, i can not really recommend this place; neither from food nor service perspective.
When you make the reservation you get several times reminded about attire and minimum spend. However, in the restaurant you have children running around making a racket and the staff doesnt say a word; worse while ordering and asking about the « cuisson » the russian waitress tells us in the tone of a border guard that « rosé » doesnt exist.... ok my dear, go back to gastronomical school!
The food: we had pigeon and beef for main course, it was quite acceptable but nothing to rave about.
The place is for « nouveau riche «

If you book a table for lunch (such as non-window), are you able to walk around and take photos of different views or are they strict about that? Thank you

Will be reserving for lunch.
What’s the difference between ‘lounge’ and ‘restaurant’? Website is confusing.
Is there a minimum spend?
Thanks
