to cross the Creek which divides the old Dubai. 1 dirham per person to enjoy the very active life on the water and meet small fishing boats as well as large commercial wooden ships.

This area is good for walking and seeing all the different shipping boats. There are many small parks along the way, and there are many shops too.

Safe, friendly boatsmen. relaxing ride across the creek to Old Dubai for souk shopping. Delightful experience.

We stayed in hotel gateway so it was just 10 minutes walk from our hotel. From creek we have water transport ride also for gold suk and spices market for paying 1 dhiram per person only

It was good to see the Creek and imagine how Dubai must have been before the place took off. We were there in the daytime and I would imagine that in the evening with all the lights on it would be magical

We took one of the boats to cross over to the other side for 1 AED, however, we did see different types of day cruises advertised in the area where the boats are docked. You should be able to find a creek tour without the... More

No, it's an open space. You can take a walk there at your leisure.

My husband can only walk short distances so I am planning on taking a collapsible wheelchair for him. Will this be a problem in the creek area getting on and off the boats etc.

Not sure if they allow on dhows but you can take it on those cruise dinners
