In the evening you can go in the skybar (top floor) for a drink. Note however that you need to reserve in advance and that there is a minimum spend of +- 100 dollars. It is however not that difficult to spend this as cocktail...More

What struck me first walking into the Burj Al Arab was the lovely scented air, then the sound of the dancing waters finally I did not know where to look. The Burj Al Arab has redefined opulence.

Expensive - but worth it once in your life. Don't eat anything for Breakfast - 7 courses, lots of Cakes! Great service and great fun to see the inside of the only 7 star Hotel in the world.

Went twice with friends to watch the sun go down on a Friday evening. Even though the air was still hot there is a breeze on this terrace. One of the nicest places to watch the sun slip below the horizon.

As an example - I bought a bottle of wine in Al Mahara and it cost about AUD $150 - I could buy the same wine here in Australia for AUD $22. However I must say that the cocktails were great value for money - ranged from $20... More

If you do high tea you are definitely best having it in the skybar. Don't worry about not getting a window seat as the view is easy to see from all over the bar. Let them know when you are booking that it is for a special... More

Hello everyone ,so I've booked for an afternoon tea with my husband in skyview bar at 4.15pm ( was booked for 1pm but thankfully one of the reviewer recommended the 4pm so I able to enjoy the sunset as well, so I changed my reservation to 4pm,therefore thank you very much for the suggestion!) it's my husband 40th birthday n also is our 12th wedding anniversary,so I really would like to make it very very special for us🙏🏼 Question 1--they reply to me n said the window seat can not be promised to reserve,I would like to know what time is the best time to go there is call early so I can be sure I get the window seat? 2--can we go in to the hotel very early so we can look around before we go up @4pm for the tea? 3-- Anyone recommend what can we do after the afternoon tea ? I would love to read everyone experience, any information at all would be very useful for me as a travel worrier 🙈thx again everyone
