Establishment was very accommodative not only called me to confirm my scheduled appointment, but also upon cancellation of my previous time. Very clean and relaxing. Would highly recommend when in Dubai.

It was a great experience!! My mother and i tried the Turkish bath and it was so relaxing. Everyone was kind and ready to make you comfortable. The receptionist was so sweet, her name is Raja. Ask for Hannah and Lasmi. They are good at what they do. Everyone was kind and they kept asking if we need anything like water, coffee or tea. Wonderful place!!

Went here with my wife for a day of rest and relaxation after seeing it was number one on trip advisor. Having been to many spas all around the world have to say this one is pretty special and located on the second floor of the Rixos Hotel. From the moment we entered to the moment we left we were well looked after by Lidia and Bijesh who was looking after me in the male section as female changing rooms and steam/sauna are separate as you would expect in Arabic country. However, the treatment we had was done together. First was the Turkish Hamaam which was amazing and luxurious followed by a one hour massage which again was awesome and completely relaxed the both of us. The products used are of a very good quality and the cleanliness of the spa is exceptional as you would expect given the cost of the treatments. The steam and sauna rooms are a good size as is the jacuzzi and they also have these state of the art ice showers with four different modes. The views from the spa down to the hotel pool and across to the sea are awesome and you can also see the newly built Dubai eye on your left from the couples chill out room.
Special mention to Ahmed and Joy who took our booking and was very helpful in answering all my questions.
Would highly recommend this spa but be prepared to spend some money as it’s not cheap.

Naturelife in Rixos hotel, everything started well from the very beginning till the end. The booking went smooth and fast.
I probably got the best therapist ever. Rika , was first of all very informative as well as extrovert. This was the best start, so I could brief her where for her to focus and how hard.
Best of all was the continuously follow up from her side and that made me comfortable and relaxed. Was my 1st time getting a hot stone massage and was such a pleasant time.
Rika was hard and firm where needed but with tenderness...A true pro she is.
After the treatment she toke me to the relax area where she bring me tea, fresh fruit and dry fruit as well.
Samiya on the relax area always making sure I was comfortable and after my tea and fruits she bring me Turkish coffee

My review is only about my visit to the Spa. I have a mixed opinion about this place. The décor tries to give it a sanctuary feel with monotone shades of brown, beige, grey, but it did not work out for me. Maybe it was the noisy staff who kept wandering around cleaning the place and constantly at sight. It has a decently sized sauna, steam room and rain shower experience room but I chose to skip it and wait for the Turkish Hammam. It was a let-down mainly because I did not find anything authentic in the Hammam except the blue white marble décor. I saw a leading brand’s Shampoo bottle which was used for the lathering. I expected to be treated with authentic Turkish products and not something that was picked up from a super-market!
The massage by the therapist was good and relaxing. I prefer Spas where I can spend a good couple of hours relaxing in a quiet and comforting ambiance. I would skip this Spa in future.

I want thank you all especially Maria for the hospitality she had show us and the good care of my family and to Ahmed too and the flexibility shown in changing the reservation several times to reach our extreme satisfaction as well the Manager which she made very good discount to us to met our budget and our special thanks for the staff how give us the treatment ( Analy,Linda,and Komang Linda) who shown the professional work and service during our visit there.
On behalf of my family and me we extremely recommend you all viewers to visit natureland Spa Centre as is unforgettable experience untill today we still feeling how healthy it is.

Had a couple massage with Linda and Gusti, overall it was a great and relaxing experience.
Linda was responsible for my wife, and she nailed everything to her liking without sparing any detail.
Gusti was also really good, but ignored certain parts like my right hand, and the head and scalp massage was too short. At some points she just stays still without doing anything but that was rare.
Overall the entire experience in the spa was so professional and relaxing. I loved it and would definitely be visiting again.

I have been a fan of Natureland Spa since it opened. In the last 12 months I noticed they have made several changes to the areas where I enjoyed the most, they are:
- Massages have reduced to 50 minutes from an hour for the same price.
- The brand Natureland Spa originates from Singapore. It is their absolute ritual to offer all guests their famous ginger tea after their massages. In recent months, they have stopped serving that and instead, only Turkish and green tea are offered. The spas in Singapore are still serving ginger teas.
- They used to offer three types of oil for the massage, now there is just one.
The above are the things that made Natureland Spa my favourite spa in Dubai. Now that they have taken these away, this is just another spa for me. Disappointing.

This was in my opinion the best spa in dubai, very kind staff, Especially Raja was very helpfull.
The massage was professional and relaxing. Would definitely go back. We used Groupon what made it affordable eventhough the normal price is worth for what you get.

A very soothing and welcoming experience. Naturelife spa is a must-do. The treatment; coffee scrub and foam spa was wonderful, a great escape from a busy day at the office. Their spa area is beautiful and clean. The relaxation area is calming and comfortable with soothing music humming throughout the room. After your spa experience, you’re served with complimentary tea, nuts and dried fruits. A tidbit, make sure you arrive 30mins before your spa appointment to use their steam, sauna and ice shower room.
Prongpa, the masseuse was excellent. She was so polite and really scrubs everything down to the T. Raja, the receptionist was very kind, welcoming, informative towards me as well.
