uninterrupted views to Burj Khalifa, well worth it.
Must see attraction if you would to enjoy the views both during broad daylight & at night it’s simply fantastic with uninterrupted views directly to Burj Khalifa, well worth it. But book it via Booking.com where you can get tickets for 18AED whereas at door/ ticket office the same the charge 80AED! BEWARE and save yourselves few dhirams! Enjoy

    Nice views
The tickets are with a time slot, but you can enter earlier than the time on the ticket (probably, it depends on the degree of crowding). You can stay up as long as you want. The view from here is beautiful, but it is clear that it depends on what kind of day you catch. Walking on the glass floor is also interesting. The glass slide, less interesting, at least from my point of view. There is also a restaurant, where you can even drink beer!

    Amazing views at night
Booked for 6pm slot but arrived a little later due to taxi / traffic etc - this was not a problem - on a Thursday evening it was quet and we went in after a very short wait. The views overlooking Burj Khalifa are outstanding - excellent view of the Dubai Fountains too !! Glass floor walk is fabulous for photos. The staff are very welcoming and will take your photo against the back drops of Dubai and will also video you as you go down the glass slide Well worth a visit :😎😎

    Great overall
The slide, the walk on the edge, the views, the attitude of the staff all made a great experience for my family. The big let down in the photos !! It takes a long time to reach the photo counter and the prices are ridiculous, I have never seen prices like that…. Almost AED 1000 for a soft package. Such a shame we did not get to it ! Sissi

    Sky view Dubai visit
Nothing special, you can make some good pictures of Burj Khalifa. For me descent on the glass was to slow and not fun (photos are also bad). If you go, must be about 10-14pm, maybe better for visit. Crowdy, we been waitnig fo 30min.

    Hotel experience
The best experience I ever had in Dubai. The hotel was unbelievable. the moment I entered the hotel and welcomed with amazing staff. Abdul is the sweetest one. He became my friend from the beginning. He helped me with so many things during our stay. Fernando coordinated our restaurants. He worked so hard in order to have the best experience. I’m very thankful of their hospitality and kindness. Definitely I will go back to the same hotel when I go back to Dubai

Probably the best observation deck in Dubai!
The best observation deck in Dubai. The price is much more reasonable compared to Burj Khalifa. The views are fantastic and the personnel is very friendly. They try to sell you the picture they take when you go down the glass slide for an outrageous amount of money…! Let them keep it!

    Great views but….
The views are amazing, especially looking towards the Burg Khalifa. Worth the entry price for that alone. BUT the slide is a BIG disappoint. Took an hour’s wait & then no-one slide down smoothly. Some got stuck halfway down (& it’s only c.25 m long). Waste of time completely.

    Great Views
Excellent views of the Burj Khalifa. We had tickets booked for 6.30 pm. We did get delayed in traffic and also we had changed the time of our tickets but the staff were very accommodating and there were no issues. The views when we got to the top were amazing. There were no big crowds and no queuing so an excellent time to visit. We did pay extra for the slide which again no queue and worth paying an extra £5 to do. Well worth the visit.

    Unique views ...
Another once in a life time experience ... the reception for pre-booked ticket was smooth, as was the lift ride to the top. The observation deck is well constructed to provide 360 degree views. While there were a lot of people there when we visited, there's always a window to admire the view from and people move-on fairly quickly so a different view always availed itself during our visit. We timed our visit to get an ariel view of the Burj fountain show, but it failed to run that night. For a relatively cheap entry, thsi attraction provides a lasting memory ... especially if you're brave enough to tackle the edge walk and slide!

I can’t recommend this experience enough, although the slide is somewhat under whelming, you are able to see the burj khalifa in all its glory. We opted for the sky view of the burj khalifa purely on impulse and I would do it again. The views from the burj khalifa may be better, but the value for money at sky view is great.
We sat and had a glass of wine and beer for £20 looking over Dubai.

Definitely recommend

The customer service here is terrible booked for New Year’s Eve to see fireworks, unfortunately took unwell, phoned first thing to be reassured it was fine they would let a manager know and sort a refund never mentioned any issues with it, if they had we would have went unwell or given them away or sold them. Since returning to the uk been sending emails and now they have blocked so they don’t need to respond lost over £1600. This experience has put us of returning to Dubai in the future.

The only decent part about this place is that it is located next to the metro station and easy to locate. The view is nothing special, and the whole experience was a waste of time and money. The glass on the floor and the wall were so dirty that it was impossible to take images or a video. There was no vibe at this place, such as slow music at the back, which might have made a difference as the place felt so empty and kind of scary with dim lights. The moment we entered, we met with aggressive security at the ticket check-in; however, we ignored it and moved on. No one explains to you about the place, what experience to expect, or where to go, so you are kind of wondering and lost and figuring it out by yourself. We managed to reach the first area, which is where you go and slide down and has a very small space to see the view. For us, no one bothered to explain that this area is only for sliding and checking the view; however, your main experience is downstairs to click images, etc. As we were checking the view and clicking a few images, the security next to us without any acknowledgement started saying you can't click so many pictures from here; this is only for 1-2 images (while me and my friend are engaged in a conversation). I was like, Okay, fine, but then where can we click? Is this it? He mentioned it's downstairs, and I was like, How am I supposed to know when no one bothered to tell me? There are no signs saying that your main experience is downstairs, and this area is only for sliding. The security guy had no idea how to approach, explain, or ask us in a polite and professional way to go downstairs. I had never felt such disrespect in Dubai before; it's a place where people are the most polite, yet I was met with the most disrespectful and ill-mannered people, which was such a disappointment, resulting in not enjoying the experience I paid for. Only if he had decent manners and was trained properly in how to approach customers could this have turned out differently.

If you want to waste 2 hours of your time and not get positive emotions, then you should go to this observation deck. Disgusting service, huge queues, in order to slide down the slide for 15 seconds you have to stand in line for more than an hour, they rush you everywhere, they prohibit taking photographs, it’s not clear how it is possible to take a photo in a transparent recess above the city if this is the end of the slide on which people and you ride non-stop They drive you out of there without even allowing you to look out the window, from a platform where you don’t bother anyone!!! Everything is poorly organized, the windows are dirty, the floors are dirty, the staff is unqualified and not friendly, there are a lot of people at the windows and on the transparent floor, the observation deck is filled with people like sprat in a jar. It's like you're on the subway at rush hour, and not at an observation station.

Great view of the Burj Khalifa, we caught the sunset and caught a stunning view both during the day and in the evening under the lights. The ticket price includes a descent down the glass slide (there are age restrictions). The descent lasts about 30 seconds, the impressions and view are unreal. At this time, a professional photographer takes pictures. Of course, I took cool photos, but it’s very expensive, few people buy it.

Let me just say I am scared of heights but this was a very special holiday for us and I thought you know just do it - lets do it.

Very well organised and you will get some incredible photos. I am not the most mobile person so it was a little awkward getting up on the platform and the person in charge tutted at me and had no patience but I was not fazed.

it is over in 10 seconds but just to have said that you have done it is incredible 55 floors up in the sky.

Afterwards you can walk around the glass floor or sit and relax but most of all take some incredible pictures to treasure.

Sky View Observatory is located between the Dubai Mall Metro and the Mall. I didn't book in advance and accessed the attraction without having to queue.

There is a glass slide if you wish to use it, but I didn't, plus you can abseil on the outside of the building.

There is a glass walkway, which is fine when visitors are not lying across it.

Great views of the city and a fraction of the price of the Burj Khalifa. Well worth a visit.

I will take this observatory as a complement to 124 on the top. We went to 124 at night and this observatory in the day. During the day the view is really good from here as you can see the entire city, beach and the surroundings.

This is a 2 hours or so activity so plan in advance. The slide ride is good as well. The view down from the glass walk is really well. The property is well maintained as well. I really liked this place.

Highly recommend it.

We all had a fab time at Sky views. We booked an evening a lot (I think it was around 7pm) it was dark, and the views outside were amazing.

We came as a family (myself, Husband, nearly 2 year old, 9 year old and 10 year old) and we all preferred this experience to the Burj Khalifa at the top experience.

The queue for the slide wasn’t too bad, I think it took around half an hour.
Sadly our toddler wasn’t able to go down the slide, but they did allow myself and Husband to take it in turn without losing our place in the queue.

The slide was good fun and the views were stunning.

The viewing gallery in some places has a glass floor which is interesting (and a little bit scary for some).

Would 100% recommend
