We booked a Dubai City Tour with MyTripDubai.com and were pretty disappointed. Here's why...
1. They said they would pick us up between 9:00am and 9:30am. They didn't arrive until 10:00am. We waited in the lobby for them for an hour. Not a good start. The guy who picked us up couldn't even speak English so even if he wanted to apologize, he couldn't.
2. We were taken down to the Dubai Creek to jump into a second van with about 10 other people. There was no explanation of anything on this stop.
3. The tour guide barely explained anything. There were so many long "dead spots" in which the tour guide didn't say anything. He could have had a list of 50 of the top questions that people ask and talked about the answers to these questions. That would have made it 10 times more interesting. Instead, we sat in silence for LONG stretches. The tour guide should have been talking and educating us the whole way through the tour. We had to ask a ton of questions from him just to get him to explain stuff.
4. We didn't go to some places because of Ramadan. Disappointing, but not the tours fault.
5. The tour was scheduled to go from 9:30am to 2:pm. By 12pm we were done...two hours short. Either the tour guide left a lot out or we were mislead on the website.
6. The only place we stopped where we had a lot of time (20 minutes) was at a shopping center. Go figure. The rest of the places we were hurried from place to place.
There was so much improvement that this tour needed that I wouldn't recommend it. At least not from this company.

his was one experience we thoroughly enjoyed as a family and will totally recommend it to everyone. We had booked the safari through bookdubaitrip and it was the highpoint of our trip. They picked us up from our hotel in Dubai and the fist stop was a quad bike ride in the dunes, this was paid separately for.
Next they took us to a dune bashing session in the same vehicle. Our hearts leaped into our throat each time the 4×4 wended its way around the dune. After few such rounds we realised that our driver was very experienced and that’s when we actually started enjoying the ride. Surprisingly my dad, seemed the most comfortable whereas me and my mom were just hanging on the edge each time a sharp turn came. And my kids, much to my horror, kept telling him to go faster.
Later, they took us to a desert camp with belly dancing, Tanura, heena , camel ride and buffet dinner with barbecue.
The food was average. You can also be photographed wearing traditional Arabian garb, and with a falcon on your arm.
These all dulled compared to the adrenaline raising experience we had had before :). Dune bashing, completely ‘paisa wasool'(value for money) at 150 AED pp!

we are young family and children have a holiday in Dubai. Most of the trip is pleasant. During the trip, something I think it should improve. Most of the time we took taxi. But we want to feel the sky train in Dubai. I carried a one year old baby in the sky train. people behind me don't ( local and no local) walk in front of me. As long as one person do that especial local, then others follow. When we get in the train, no one will let you sit on the children area. Very disappointed. It might be a great place for business. Great place for shopping.

Being in Events Business i need to make sure that the services i get from my vendor is worth of what i am paying.We had an amazing experience with My Trip Dubai team.The quality and service they provided was much more higher than what they charged.
My clients who were on a short trip to Dubai had fun time too.I wish My Trip Dubai a bright future and will definitely use their service frequently for me as well as for my clients.

We booked this trip via bookdubaitrip .com we paid before we left the uk to rayna tours
1 we were supposed to be picked up at 230pm we did not get picked up until 345 over an hour late
2 missed the sunset
3 dune bashing was only 15 mins not the stated 45
4 arrived at the camp and just left on our own the driver told the bar man to sort a tent for us
5 food and drinks were included what a joke food was cold and no drinks either hot or cold were offered
6 show could not be seen from our tent due to the vast amount of people roaming about
7 we had no drinks from arriving until in the end we had to ask someone to contact our driver to collect us
8 paid for pic in costume ( was supposed to be free) paid for pic with falcon ( this to was supposed to be free
9 free camel ride was so full there was no way we could have got on

Make my trip is fraud company gives wrong schedule and cheat people while taking extra money, they guide wrongly and charge you very higher. Be ware of make my trip company after making advance payment you will not be taken care of and nothing bothers make my trip

Dubai is a beautiful city with all the modern as well, as historical contents.
Its city with tallest buildig,Burj al Khalifa.The top view of Burj khalifa is fabulous.Most important thing is that , it is a clean city.Moreover people over there are so friendly.Most of the people knows English ,so its easy for travellesrs.

I am visiting dubai in the month of February 2016 on 7th morning and leaving dubai on 11th of February by afternoon flight I am intrested in site seeing in dubai and Pickup and drop at air port .
Please guide me which will be cheaper.
