Visiting with friends from Sri Lanka who were celebrating their daughter's first wedding anniversary. We thought we were going for coffee but we were surprised and delighted to find ourselves being transported on " Tiffany" a luxury yacht berthed in Dockmaster 1, Dubai Harbour. Taking your shoes off before boarding and sinking your toes into the deep pile carpet gave us our first taste of the luxurious experience we were about to encounter. A quick tour of the yacht, before sailing, was interspersed with the sound of oohs! and aaghs! as we all viewed the luxurious interior
Once setting sail we were captivated by the brightly lit skyline of Dubai Marina at night. The crew were quick serve us the drinks we had brought aboard. This gave everybody their sea legs? While the crew attended to preparing the food we had provided as well as some of the food they provided we all took the opportunity to enjoy taking photographs of ourselves with the stunning nightime skyline of Dubai or the yacht as our background. Taking turns to mimic the iconic Titanic movie pose at the front of the yacht with the magnificent Burj Al Arab in the background was a popular activity. Having experienced the breeze in our hair we settled down to enjoy the feast which the friendly and very attentive crew had prepared. The Japanese and arabic themed meal prepared by the crew included a variety of sushi and mezze. This was washed down with the drinks we had provided and then the party began with the accommodating crew acting as DJs. Dancing and singing our anniversary party ended on a high note when we returned to the "Tiffany's" berth. All members of our party had nothing but good comments to make about the yacht's trip and crew and we all would recommend taking this experience at night. However, nothing to do with the yacht company be aware that some taxis leaving the harbour can cost almost 4 times more than the journey to the dock.

I could not recommend this company enough!
Myself, my wife and our two friends hired a yacht for the day and had an amazing time. We had a last minute change of yacht due to a fault with the one we were meant to have but the company ensured that the spec was the same if not better. They were fully transparent with this prior to our arrival and this put us at ease.
The yacht was incredibly clean and high spec, and for the price we paid was beyond what we thought we would be experiencing. We also had a jet ski experience for an hour at the start of our trip which I would also highly recommend adding to your package. This was a lot of fun.
The views along the trip were incredible, stopping for food in front of the Burj Al Arab, sailing into the city and then making it back along the coastline as the sun set.
The main thing that made this experience amazing was the staff on board. A special mention to our bar man Cezar, captain Pillo, chef Hassan, Manuj and Ronan. They couldn't do any more for us and were always on hand. There was a large variety of drinks on offer and Cezar was able to make a lot of different cocktails that tasted great. The food was presented well and tasted even better.
The whole trip was incredible - we had an amazing time and would definitely do this again if we return to Dubai.

We hired this yacht on NYE and were there for 6 hours. For the amount we paid (in excess of £9000) the food was very disappointing.
We were told no balloons allowed on the outside of the yacht due to safety reasons despite every other yacht in the same harbour having balloons on the inside.
The balloon disaplay itself was so minimal and nothing fancy. Not what I’d expect for the amount we paid.
Moving on to the food, there were 16 pieces of sushi (not even enough for each person to have 1-2. The kebabs were cold and tasteless. There was more salads than actual food. The drinks were watered down and awful. No desserts at all. Burgers were okay. On the whole, we all ate again after the trip. We were offered nuts, crisps and fruit. All of which were very basic. For a luxury yacht experience I was expecting mocktails, nut platters and exquisitely cut fruit.
There was no wifi offered on the yacht which was disappointing for a luxury experience.
The main man providing service could speak English and was lovely. The others on board could not speak English and weren’t very helpful other than opening the door for you.
There was a jacuzzi on the boat and the water was freezing cold. It did not work nor was appropriately filled or heated.
The downstairs bedrooms all had a strong damp type smell. They did not scream luxury in any way.
The music system was good and we were able to connect and enjoy some private time.
Would I call this a luxury experience? No. Would I book again? No? Did I get offered any compensation back for the amount I spent for my sisters 40th birthday, no. Overall, overpriced and would not rebook.

Elite Rentals prides itself on providing exceptional service and luxury experiences, and what you've described does not reflect our standards.

Please be aware, there is another service provider named Elite Yachts, which, based on your description, could be the company you engaged with. Unfortunately, they have been known to offer services that do not align with the high-quality experiences provided by Elite Rentals, which has resulted in some confusion and, regrettably, damage to our reputation.
I’d like to add that at Elite Rentals, we've maintained a sterling reputation for culinary excellence. Our 5-star chefs have been a cornerstone of our service since 2018, delighting guests with exceptional cuisine. This is something we take great pride in, as evidenced by our consistent positive feedback. You can see for yourself from our glowing reviews that guests are consistently amazed by the gastronomic experiences provided by our chefs.
We are confident in the quality we offer, and it’s clear the service you received does not match the high standards we set for ourselves. This further indicates that the booking may indeed have been with a different company, Elite Yachts, which does not represent the quality and excellence of Elite Rentals.

Yesterday, we attended a yacht party for a friend’s daughter's 15th birthday, and the experience with Elite Yacht was absolutely appalling. They were supposed to pick up our group of 18 at 5:30 pm, but after endless delays and zero communication, they had the audacity to inform us only at 7 pm that their bus had broken down. For nearly an hour and a half, we were left in the dark with no solution, and to top it off, they initially refused to arrange an alternative. Instead, they shamelessly demanded that we pay for cabs. This level of unprofessionalism is beyond infuriating. Only after escalating the issue to the CEO did they begrudgingly agree to cover the taxi costs, which they should have done immediately without any excuses. As if that weren’t enough, the yacht’s air conditioning was broken, making the entire evening uncomfortable and unbearable. Elite Yacht's service is an absolute disgrace, and their so-called Google reviews are likely fake. Do not trust them, and avoid this company at all costs!

Booked for a party of 5, crew we're amazing, facilities onboard were all spotless and beautifully furnished, Mr Hadi, our liaison, arranged golf buggies to take us to the ship he was brilliant. captain Rod took us on a tour of the sights and the bridges look incredible in the night with all of the lights. He even allowed one of our party to drive the boat around the Marina for nearly 2 hours straight, she had an amazing time. I would definitely go for a sunset time slot as the sky views from the ocean or impeccable, food was fantastic with a barbecue selection and fruit platter from the onboard chef, there were also bedrooms on board wich came in handy as one of our party had flown in very early In the morning and although having a great time too, felt the need for a power nap. Our bartender Cezar supplied a seemingly endless supply of drinks, all of which were delicious. In all the boat, the crew, the food and the experience as a whole were all truly amazing. Like elite say, for them luxury isn't just a word, it truly is a standard! We would highly recommend, and may even book twice on our week trip

Off all the trips that I had taken with Elite and some of the other Yacht companies, by far one of the most pleasant experience.
The best part of the trip, was the patience and hospitality displayed by the team onboard.
A special thanks to Captain Dara and her crew, Zaldy, Jay and Chris for a beautiful experience given to my friends visiting Dubai.
Look forward to the next trip with the same crew once again. Definitely would recommend the crew and Elite Yachts to anyone who wants to take the sea route to witness the skyline and the magnificence of the city.

I booked with Elite Yacht rentals for myself and my friends, they were incredibly professional from the moment of booking, explaining everything clearly and helping us get what we needed. We met the yacht at the harbour and had the most welcoming experience. The team immediately made us feel at home, Cezar, Captain Dara, Tope and James were incredible. They could not of been any more attentive! Our drinks were never empty, listened to what we wanted, let us swim and give us an amazing sushi spread and food. I could not recommend this company and team enough - it has made our experience in Dubai. Thank you team!
