We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Hashim! He told us so many interesting things about Dubai, the desert, camels.
Great pre-trip information and very punctual pick-up from our hotel. The drive to the desert took under an hour and Hashim patiently answered our many questions about life in Dubai. The Dune bashing was sooooo much fun! Hashim drove with the perfect amount of thrill balanced with safety. We watched an amazing sunset and all have wonderful memories of the trip. Thanks so much, Hashim!!

I don’t think you can find a better safari experience. DesertRaja's Team was really nice, funny,patient and friendly. Guide's driving skills are insane!!! When we went in the desert everbody took videos from us while they drove beacuse it was crazyyyy!!! (In a good way of course)
This trip is really worth the money! Cannot say anything wrong, me and my friends loved it! It was a lifetime experience! We are very grateful!:)

Great host great tour. DesertRaja's team is a very nice in person, respectful. Although we didn't went with the camel-ride or Quad or sand-boarding, this was very comfortable because of the easy going way from their Team. They was taking good care of us. we were one of the first in line for the dinner/bbq. They cares for all the guests and still asks if everything is good. We highly recommend DesertRaja. The tour was really good. The guide took great care of us and got us to the top of the queue for the meal and activities. There was no waiting, unlike other groups. Enjoyed the dune buggy most. The camp was also nice. Good food and entertainment. Highly recommend

Hi,
I had booked evening Desert safari activity with you for 18th of March having the Booking ID #159971231. I had received only one intimation from you on booking this activity directly from your website over my email. The email clearly mentioned that the below Evening Desert Safari
Saturday, March 18 2023 @ 14:00 - 21:00
2 People. But, at the mentioned date and time there was no one to pick me up from my hotel. I immediately called the mentioned number in the email at around 2:10 pm on 18th March. To my surprise, I was told that the car had already left. It came to pick me at 1:00 pm. They also said that they waited till 1:30 pm. I can vouch for the fact that I was in my hotel from 1:45pm onwards on the same day. I was not intimidated that I will be picked up at 1pm. While booking as well, the website asked for time slots and I specifically selected a 2 pm slot which is also mentioned in the email you sent. No one called me on my cell phone from any UAE number as well. On contacting your office, I was told that the details for pick up were sent to my whatsapp. I do not have whatsapp in my number. Nowhere in this email from you or in your website it was mentioned that I had to have a whatsapp number to book the activity. I also requested the guy whom I contacted over phone if they can arrange for the activity the next day. He said to me that they cancelled my activity. I also asked for refund procedures but they said that they cannot help. I don't understand why my refund was denied when I was there in the hotel at the time it was mentioned in this email? I am feeling cheated in a foreign land. Either you should have mentioned about the early pickup time in any email or you should not have let me choose the 2pm timeslot. We as foreign nationals do not have knowledge of these facts that you think are so obvious.
Please provide a refund of my booking as I never availed this activity from you.
I tried to contact you over email but your email id dubai@desertraja.com and messages@fareharbor.com are not receiving any messages. the emails are not getting delivered.
