Travel Saga tourism provides the best services interms of tours in Dubai.
During my stay, travel desk Uttara was really helpful in getting information on my tours she patiently explained everything to me which helped me decide which tours to book for.
The safari driver by name Altaf was really professional at his job he informed us on our trip and patiently answered questions asked.
The driver who took us for the Dhow cruise was also nice, unfortunately I forgot his name. He patiently waited for me as I was the last to get to the car.
I would recommend anyone visiting Dubai to consider Saga tourism, they will take you to the best places in town.

Our driver Dev Kumar was very helpful in showing and telling us all about the old and new Dubai. He gave us an opportunity to take pictures and had arrange an amazing coffee at the museum. Highly recommend this driver to see iconic places in less then 4 hours

Komal booked this for my daughter and I from Hilton Al Jadaf, & our amazing & patient driver Dev was our tour guide. He did an excellent job with providing facts about UAE and other local information. I highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in a private tour of the city. It was a fabulous adventure to see. Dev our driver and tour guide took us to 8 places, with several picture / tourism stops on the way. Overall it was a great way to visit the key locations of old Dubai.

We purchased tickets for The Dubai Frame and The Speedboat ride on 23 Jan. We enjoyed the speedboat ride the most as it was our first time.
Usha, the Tour Service Provider at Rove City Walk Hotel is very professional, pleasant, understanding and helpful. She knows her job well and goes the extra mile to provide assistance when needed. Well done Usha for an excellent job!

Amazing experience with travel saga tourism in Dubai, this company is totally reliable and helpful, I traveled with my wife and children we did a lot of tour with the and each one was a great experience, wave-runner, boatcar, safari in desert, in Burj Al Arab, view from Al Kalifa, tour by the city; each tour is a great and nice experience; all driver are funny, professional and kindly; and in special Usha recommend us each tour with the best price and the more benefits, when we need changes she was diligent and helpful to do it even sometimes was not allowed by third parties she moved to reach it. Definitely was a great and happy experience not only in Dubai but in Abu Dabhi has the support of Usha en this company. She also help us with transportation and all matters you could need in a total different country. We traveled from Miami. We are totally thankful

Their overall itinerary pricing is very reasonable. When compared to Klook or self booking. There is a slight difference and offcourse it's their service charge. But in return we had a peaceful trip and Human to solve our quires not a chatbox.
We had called them on multiple times regarding our itinerary, bookings and other quires and each time they answered the call and resolved our quires professionally.
We got the best Dhow cruise and dessert safari you can ask for. It was premium! I will definitely recommend these guys.

The trip to Abu Dhabi was a really great experience. I had my doubts before going but Muhammad said: you will like it and he was right. Thank you Muhammad🤗
The best part of this tour is that you are a small group (only 5 people) and really flexible with the schedule. During the ride our guide (Vikas) shared valuable background information about the landscape, the buildings and the history so that it was a learning too. As we have a fixed timeframe and can not spend lots of time everywhere our guide provided some options so that we could shape our tour according to our likings which is really amazing because you do and see the spots you want and not what the schedule tells you. So all in all I would recommend this tour to everyone who is in Dubai and wants to see another city and take some of the Arabic culture back home.

Hi, Travel Saga Team....on behalf of my wife I would like to express our gratitude towards the beautiful trip organized by Travel Saga to Mauritius. The 6 days and 5 night trip was mesmerizing. I would like to personally thank our agent Harish who very professionally managed the entire itinerary with precision planning, even our selection of hotel was carefully selected in ensuring we do have a blissful stay, with a beautiful view of the mountains and sumptuous breakfast & dinner it was a 5 star experience. Each day was a new adventure towards new sites and every site was planned so that we could manage to see the key places of Mauritius within our selected days. As a value add I also would like to highlight the extra effort taken by Harish to ensure we had a chauffer driven service to commence our journey from Dubai and on our arrival back. I have already referred Travel Saga to many of our friends....please do keep up the good work in making our dreams come true and giving us memories imprinted in our cameras and hearts forever...

I had the pleasure of staying at IBIS One Central Hotel, Dubai between 25th Feb to 4th Mar 2023. I am really impressed with the kind and hospitalble nature of Geeta Nenwani. She is always willing to go extra mile to facilitate guest's request. She is also willing to give extra discounts and offer pocket friendly packages.
