Our tour guide Niaz took us on a fantastic desert quad excursion. Thank you very much, Niaz, for making this so enjoyable! The experience at the beduine camp was satisfactory. The fire display was spectacular, and the belly dancer was equally entertaining. The food was also satisfactory. What we didn't like was the extra-costs system. We realise that they want to make money from tourists, but charging for even WiFi is a bit excessive. Soft drinks are also complimentary just during dinner, i.e. the main dish. You will have to pay for it previously. This is completely absurd.Allow customer to spend for soft drinks and communicate this, or provide them free of charge at all times and charge an additional AED for this service. Otherwise, if you feel like you're being treated like a mobile ATM, it's a negative sign... Overall, I can recommend the tour due of the Quad ride, but the beduine camp isn't worth it.

The jeeping is great. We did the 1 hour tour with the 2 person jeeps/dune buggy and it was great. 2 tour guides were helpful and very nice.
Only thing i didn't like - and i assume this happens with all of the tours - is thelat ppl come up to you before the start and at a break point in the middle and they offer to take pictures of you with a falcon in various poses. I had assumed this was part of the experience. Only aterwards did the "falcon person " tell us there was a separate charge. I thought this wrong and i only paid the guy a fraction of what he was trying to get us to pay. Same thing happened with wearing a kafiya. They just apprapch and put it on you and then afterwards thy ask you to pay. I refused and gave them back the kafiya. But like i said, i think this happens with all of the tours

This was great! They picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel.
We had a great time. The sand is soft and there are a lot of dunes to go over. The buggies and ATV’s were powerful enough to fly over the dunes. Even our 11 year old daughter was able to drive herself.
We went closer to sunset because it was so hot outside during the day. That turned out to be a great idea.
Highly recommended.

We had Nawaz as our guide and we had a fabulous time as a family of 4, with our 6 year old and 2 year old. Sand boarding and dune bashing was definitely the highlight! The guide can take you to the dune buggies which costs extra but well worth it! So much fun! Thank you to Desert Buggy Rental for making the booking process seamless. The only thing I’d say is that it would be great to get any additional costs we may come across upfront. The guide will take you past local setups that will try sell you their merch - we actually bought the headscarves as they protected our faces from the sand and sun. Happy to pay a bit more for the stuff than we normally would as it supports the locals, but as long as it’s still reasonable. So just a tip - make sure you don’t get ripped off and ask for the price before swiping your card! Thanks again to Nawaz for being such a wonderful, friendly and fun guide!

The leaders looked after us and made sure we stayed on track, dug us out a few times too. Reasonable price compared to other providers. I recommend wearing trainers and trousers (rather than shorts) as the quad bikes can let off a lot of heat.

I met Fahid through Desert Buggy Rental before my trip to Dubai in February with my Husband. I wanted someone who would organize all the fun things Dubai had to offer. He was open and honest right from the moment we started communicating and he made me feel assured! All my fun activities were arranged effortlessly. Very trustworthy company and I highly recommend!

We loved our 30 minute solo quad bike drive through the desert organised by this company. With it looking like a new company I was a little apprehensive in booking but didn’t need to be. Confirmation of our online booking was prompt and when I emailed to check our pick up time from the hotel the response was quick. It could be improved by the car being cleaner - there was dirty tissue and disused water bottles in the door & the seat had cuts in them making it look a bit beaten up which is unusual by Dubai standards. The transfer though was on-time and the driver contended us via WhatsApp on arrival.

Booked to do the desert evening safari with meal. We seemed to get bumped onto another company without being told. The driver was constantly on his phone during the drive into the desert and seemed frustrated when we wanted to put seat belts on during the drive to the meal even though it was dark and there were cars everywhere in the desert. The camel ride and sand boarding were each given a couple of minutes and the 'camp' was 5 minutes from a main road. Food was poor and you had to race with everyone to get into a canteen style queue for it. Everything I hoped it wouldn't be - bucket tourism at it's worst.

It was a great experience indeed. We are a group of 10 (6 years old to 70 years old) and wanted to do different things. They were able to understand what we wanted, make different transport arrangements and customise the experience - hot air balloon, breakfast in the dessert and atv rides accordingly. The experience started from the time the drivers fetched us. We were blessed to get caring and knowledgeable drivers cum guides who shared lots of valuable info and insights on Dubai. The drives to the locations were interactive and not boring. Special mention has to be given to Jamal, who helped to liaise with the other driver and made sure that all was smooth for us.
Not only that, during the ATV experience, they provided us with experienced and caring guides during the dune rides. The guides helped us to take pictures and even took the initiative to take videos of us. We certainly felt well taken care of and this enhanced our experience there.
Last but not least, there is open communication, all our queries and questions answered promptly through WhatsApp. Changes requested were addressed quickly. They were indeed professional and helpful.

The whole trip was unbelievable. The buggy and quad bike were exceptional. The tour guide was really amazing, taking lots of photos and stopping in nice places. We saw a group of camels as we went along the border of Dubai. It is a thrilling experience and would highly recommend.
