Visit to The view at the palm.
This is an amazing and very rejuvenating place with the breathtaking view of the Palm with full view of Atlantis Hotel the palm and Atlantis the royal. This place is worth visiting. It has two floors, 52nd and 54th. 52nd floor is 360 degree with tall glass wall and 54th floor is open terrace.

The view the palm great experience
Great customer service by Abboud. Abboud is a great host. It was a really amazing tour, very helpful and multi lingual, which is perfect for my parents as most guides in Dubai are in english. I recommend asking for Abboud when coming on a tour, he is very friendly.

    Breathtaking view!!!
A 360-degree view of the Palm Jumeirah is available from the level 52nd-floor observation deck of the Palm Tower. Upon entering, you are given access to a brief interactive museum and gallery about the development of the Palm. It is a gorgeous, stunning, and breathtaking spot because you can see the Arabian Gulf, Dubai Skyline, and the largest man-made island in the world, the Palm Jumeirah, which is designed like a palm tree. I should add that every visitor and resident of Dubai should put seeing the View on their bucket lists. We stayed until sunset when the city lights began to light up. It was SOOO beautiful! I am proud to have lived and worked in the UAE for 15 years and witnessed Dubai's development into a major travel hub. It is truly thrilling to witness the great ruler of Dubai's vision come to life in front of your eyes and the world.

Thank you The view at the palm
One of the best places we went to, everything was special, and the VIP tour was very special with Abboud. He is a very nice and funny person, and he told us all the available information and the service was wonderful with him and he had a good experience. Sunset is really worth going there .

    So Surreal
My favourite part of the experience was walking up the stairs from the 52nd floor to the 54th floor and it gets so surreal 😍 on every step. I love the sunrise view and it is the best view and feeling I've had in recent time. I'll do this every morning if I have the chance to. Thanks to Georgina and Mitch for they were really helpful and kind.

    The View Palm
The view was spectacular of course and the staff were very friendly and helpful taking photos with us etc. The aquarium animation tunnel was really nice and the palm construction exhibition was incredibly interesting particularly as we have both lived in dubai for 15 years and have both witnessed the spectacular growth of this great city. The breakfast we had included was a bit basic but fine. The main reason for the visit was to see the view and that didn't disappoint. Overall experience was excellent.

Amazing experience. Recommend adding "Next Level" option.
The view is amazing. In addition, the introduction offers enough knowledge to appreciate the amazing work to build an island and town from scratch, which makes the visit even more impressive. I highly recommend. By the way, "next level" option is worth the money and must to have option if you come all the way to visit here. It allows you to have an unobstructed view without interference by pillars and plastic windows.

    A must-visit when you’re in Dubai!
The views were extraordinary. The staff was kind and helpful with photo taking. The place was excellent and modern. Everything was impressive from the moment we started our visit all the way to the falcon’s view. There’s a great place up there to get some refreshments while enjoying the view.

I booked our ticket thru their main website it was 100 aed per person general admission, the drive was ok to palm but when you get to the building you will never know where to park, there is no instructions whatsoever at the time of booking where to park, so me and my fiance had to turn around the palm roundabout 3 times (waste of our time) when we asked someone at the hotel near to that building they said ( two bridge after turn right) yeah that’s a clear instruction right the only problem is where are the bridges haha, so i made up my mind to go around again the last time and park at the Nakheel mall. To my surprised that is the correct parking space for this establishment, so after parking we navigate ourselves to 3rd floor (R) and that is the main entrance of the building, there is a big queue of people outside the main door for the elevator going to upstairs, ( it was hot, no shade of any kind- so bring some umbrella or hat) it took us almost 2hrs to reach the top (52nd floor) my knees and feet were aching terribly, so if you have some extra bucks go for the skip the line it’s worth it, the view was amazing from the observatory deck, palm Jumeirah is really an amazing view from the top, I did enjoyed that part, but it was scorching hot it wasn’t air conditioned unlike Burj khalifa at the top, so bring some water and wear sunscreen, there is some breeze of wind on and off but boy it was hot ( i went month of March). Overall it was an amazing experience to see the palm at the top and also you can see Burj al Arab from afar.

Great Views from the Top but extremely disappointed with the treatment given to me and my wife. The view from the 54th floor is great because there is no obstruction from the glass on the 52nd floor. Good for me who had gone there to do photography. But the treatment given to us in spite of having Fast Track & Next Level ticket was disappointing. The fast track path was closed. The security personnel who was manning the normal queue asked us to join the normal queue. Did not even ask if we have fast track tickets? By the time we would tell him that we have fast track tickets he went away. When our turn arrived in the normal queue, we told him that why there is no one at the gate for fast track to allow us in the fast track when we had paid for the same. He told us that the security personnel which mans the fast track is on leave and hence he is the only one managing the normal queue. We asked to see the manager and a lady came and we explained the situation to her. We were surprised by her response - you should have told the security guy that you have fast track tickets. We explained to her that by the security guy told us to come in normal queue without even asking whether we have fast track tickets. Her response was the many people with normal tickets end up queueing up in the fast track line. This is no reason for them to assume that we are one of them. I asked for compensation but the lady said they cannot give any compensation.

Avoid this place during the high season at sunset time. I bought the ticket online 24h before my visit and paid an extra fee just for the sunset. I arrived 1h10min before sunset. It took me around 2h of long tiresome queues to finally see the palm, which was too late and I missed the sunset. The company is very disorganized and probably oversold the tickets to make more money. This is a scam and I am trying to get a refund.

Overall a very well put together experience that the entire family enjoyed.

Access is through the Nakheel mall so plenty of parking available. We purchased tickets on arrival and the reception area is very well organised and very impressive with an aquarium and Starbucks.

A short presentation and exhibition are completed before making your way to the 52nd floor.

Obviously very cool 360 views. The platfrom is fully outdoors so will get toasty in the spring and summer months.

There is a small cafe on the platfrom which is good value and a great way to extend the experience.

We spent just over 90 mins here and would recommend.

Amazing views of the Palm and of the city (much better than the views at the Burj) however make sure to go at least 30 minutes before your booking as you have to wait in long queues and sit through some videos before you can actually visit the top! We booked tickets for 6.30pm to see the sunset however, after all the queues and waiting, we only made it to the top at 7pm after sunset and the views were not as nice! It can also get crowded at the top and can be difficult to take photos (although again, not as bad as the crowds at the Burj).

Don’t bother with this attraction. You queue for a long time in windowless rooms, waste more time watching boring videos, and it takes hours to go up and down. The worst part is that you book a time slot, expecting to see e.g, sunset but you miss it because it takes so long to get there. When you get to the top, it turns out you can’t even go to the highest viewing point as this is only for people who pay even more for a fast track ticket…. This is such a scam and management should be ashamed but didn’t seem bothered. Awful place.

The View Palm is a unique experience. We opted for the fast track with access to the 52 & 54 floor, and unfortunately had to pay a lot of extra money for the "prime hour" tickets we bought at 5:30pm. We wanted to observe the 360 degree view in the daylight, around sunset, and in the slight dark. The tickets cost AED 275 per person, and certainly is overpriced and undesirable value for money.

The whole experience however is unique, and the 360 views of Dubai certainly breathtaking, especially of the Palm Jumeirah and the Marina. The downtown was a bit hazy and out in the far distance, and would I guess look impressive on a clear day during the peak sunshine.

It is a bit tricky climbing up the stairs from the 52 to the 54 floor, and was especially so for my parents. My mother actually almost tripped and fell. The traffic of people going from 52 to 54 could be handled better, as there is a limited space being used by more than a few people going up and down these floors.

The experience at the open air deck, however, at 54 is a sight and experience to behold. The views are spectacular! It got a bit chilly right after sunset with a moderate breeze blowing. Construction going on at 53 was a distraction, but I am sure needed for a good cause.

Overall, a must try experience. Not sure whether it really is a great value for money given the overpriced tickets. (the Fast track really was not of any help as at most places it was not too crowded going in, and the regular ticket holders got the same treatment. As well, going up to 54 is nearly twice as expensive as going just to 52 in the prime hours, and I believe could still be experience with a sense of fulfilment and enjoying in the non-prime hours.

Special thanks to Julie Ann who looked after me on my visit. This was my first visit to View at the Palm so wanted to experience it all. I booked Prime Hours tickets (for visits between 16:30 to 19:00). The tour at the beginning giving the background to Palm Jumeirah was good and would be great for those visiting the Palm or Dubai for the first time. After taking photos and the scenery in on the 52nd floor, I was invited up to the 54th floor by Julie Ann. The 52nd floor has views all behind glass and has panoramic views of the Palm and further, be aware, there is glare from the sun during sunrise and sunset and although the glass may look dirty, they are cleaned every night! The 54th floor has uninterrupted views (no glass) from the highest point in the tower and is truly spectacular. I would recommend anyone who is watching sunset or sunrise to go up to the 54th floor. I have shown some photos on here for an idea of what you will witness! The 52nd floor also has a cafe on and a shop where you can get your souvenirs. A must for those wanting views over Palm Jumeirah!

Cheers! The View at the Palm is a once in a lifetime experience to see a breathtaking marvel of engineering and vision. Highly recommend the Cheers package which allows you to see the View from the comfort of a VIP lounge complete with 2 beverages of your choosing. We opted for cocktails handmade by John who delightfully also provided us with snacks and finger foods as accompaniment.

My partner and I visited in late November 2022 and the overall experience was very good.

We got a taxi to Nakheel Mall and then walked through the mall to find the View at the Palm. In all honesty the signage to find it was not the best and it took a bit of figuring out but once we found some, the lift took us straight up.

Getting to the lobby area it’s very impressive with the fish tank and textured ceilings. The queues were okay, probably queued for around 20mins with our general admission tickets. We booked to go at 10:30am and it was reasonably quiet.

There is a video and interactive part of the visit which was very cool and informative. Was really good to learn more about its history before going up to the view.

When your up there the view is incredible, especially in the day, you can see very far and even catch a glimpse of the Burj Aj Arab and the Burj Khalifa. The full 360 view is good as you can walk round and get a view of Dubai Marina and the Dubai Wheel as well. There is a cafe at the top as well, prices are a bit more expensive than what you’d expect, but then again it’s a captive audience and it has A/C which is welcomed if you get a hot day!

Definitely book the experience but just be prepared to queue if you don’t prebook!
