This is just the best concept and idea we have taken the kids to for a long time. Got our queue jumping ticket and 20% discount through booking.com and did just that - straight to front of the line, kids got their boarding passes and we were in. Have a look at their website to see how it works, but... More

We visited first thing in the morning. We went with my almost four year old daughter and paid for full price tickets for the three of us. When at the entrance, the man charged me for a four year old and upon informing him that she was three, he told me to upgrade to a four year old ticket (50... More

Dear DazKan, Thank you so much for your valued feedback, it is indeed fantastic to have such honest and detailed feedback about our City. I am the new General Manager of kidZania, and although I am heartbroken to learn of your and your family’s disappointing experience here, it has given me more insight into what needs improving, and please rest... First when I heard from Kidzania, I thought plaah. What fun could it be to pretend to do adult stuff. It turns out, a lots of fun indeed! Kids get to play different roles of adult jobs, such as dentist, perfumer, model, customer or a salesperson in a grocery store, etc. And they love it! Somewhat expensive but and excellent... More

Kid heaven right here. Kids earn money by doing various jobs and then get to spend it. It's like a little mini work world for the kids. They have fashion design, firefighting, police force, DHL courier, arts, Chocolatier, Grocery Store employee and on and on…I would have given it a 5 star but the kids had to wait in line... More

Just back from a week in Dubai to celebrate a friends wedding with our 3 daughters (14, 10 and 0) Went to Kidzania at the Dubai Mall unsure if they would like it enough to stay for too long and we got it so wrong. Arrived at 3pm and had to drag them out when it closed at 10pm loaded... More

Kids get involved in jobs in businesses and earn a wage. In some you need to spend some of your money also. A little overwhelming for the under 5, but a great concept. Once you get your head around how it works.Call and make sure the schools are not in!!! that did spoil our visit a little. If you have... More

Have been to this place twice within the space of 6 months. You would need atleast 5 hours to do most things even then you will not be able to finish all the things to do. What i really like about the place is the staff who is so friendly, calm and always smiling.

Situated inside the biggest mall in the world, Kidzania is an interactive children's experience around the world of work. Several hours are recommended to get the most out of this visit. Adults can enter too but need to pay around 95 dirhams for the privilege of following their child around. Children are given a map and some fake money. The... More

The ideal recreational activity for kids in Dubai. Young ones are given the opportunity to roam around in a town like environment, where they work to earn money, which they can later on convert to toys. It is educational as much as it is fun. Highly recommended

Staying in Downtown Dubai

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown Dubai
You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building, but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy a lunch or dinner watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.
