I love this mall! It's my favorite in all Dubai! The atmosphere is soft and it's not so crowd like in the modern malls! A lot of restaurants and coffee shops are inside to give you the opportunity to eat nice food from different cuisines! In some place you can also smoke shisha! Nice terrace on the lake and nice... The Madinat is situated at the al qasr hotel and offers air conditioned shopping & dining. From jewellery to clothing to souvenirs and antiques there's all sorts to rummage round. We like to take a ride on the Abra a small wooden boat which takes you round the resort. This is free to guests but non guests are charged the... More

This is a Shopping area with some traditional items pairing with international brands in a very good looking building with air conditioning. I guess there is not much to expect from a country with only 30/40 years in terms of traditional but still very nice place to shop.

Despite that, if you want to experience this atmosphere properly, stay in any coffee house or restaurant there, they are plenty and got the... More
