It was great , me and my family loved it, would recommend to your family and friends.There’s different types of boats to go with big and small , it’s still great.

I have been using luxury yachts for years for jet skiing and recently started hiring their boats. The captain is very accommodating as well as the staff. They know which the spots to take to, he took us specifically to a spot for a good sunset shot . We all were mesmerized.
They are particular with safety and comfort which is also gives you comfort with kids around.

Youssef is the best host you can have to rend a boat. Amazing service, patient, kind and extra services without even asking. I recommend 100% to work with this company and Youssef in particular !!!

reliable, excellent prices, friendly people. i have been renting jet ski with friends for several years. if a jet ski wants and not a mess. you gotta be here ... Khalil see you soon!

I do not recommend them at all. The experience was 30 mins and the captain literally counted the 10 mins waiting time for the ID as part of the experience. Very unprofessional, very rude, disgusting attitude. Save your money and go somewhere else. They have horrible attitude. I do not recommend at all, parasailing is a fun experience but not with this company. Try somewhere else and dont waste your money.

Extremely bad service. I booked a yacht (80) ft and and payed for decoration and cake. The decoration was average and it wasn’t finished in time and the cake was melted. They told me they’d provide towels but only gave us 1 towel for 18 guests. And the fishing they told me that it’ll be included was a scam. No enough space and the customer service very bad and they’d reply to you with “ I don’t care”. The yacht was dirty and they lied to me by saying that I can use all three rooms of the yacht but actually locked two and kept one open. It was a very bad experience I wouldn’t recommend.

Parasailing with them was normal but the attitude of the staff was not good.
Booking experience was horrible, take time to respond to you.
They are not welcoming and they don’t even smile at you or tell you hints to make your experience nicer.
Also they are not honest when it comes to offers, especially the entertainer vouchers.
So many companies over the parasailing in Dubai, you don’t have to do this with them.

What An amazing trip and very professional and friendly staff. The Boat was so clean and the staff are always smiling. The Captain was so helpful by suggesting which areas we should visit. Everything was available from water to soft drinks and Ice. I would highly recommend Luxury yachts for your future trips.

We had an amazing time from start to finish. The crew were brilliant very helpful and knowledgeable. The booking process was seamless, Anna was superb, keeping in regular contact with us.

Very good experience. Boat very nice and staff very professional. Very safe, for a family with kids. We fished a lot of different kind of fish. They were with us when we need them. They were very discret and very helpful when we needed. High recommended!!

You can tan very good on the top. The captain is very good. The boat in amazing. The trip is for my birthday. I am looking forward to using this boat. Staff are amazing... the music speaker are excellent. The captain is very friendly...
