    Just brilliant!
One of our absolute favourite experiences in the UAE. A genuine delight to visit and help feed all their amazing animals. The kids had a blast and we got to see a one week old camel and cuddle a three week old baby! Did the feeding tour, camel cuddle therapy and a quick ride. Could not recommend more highly!

    My favourite attraction in Dubai
One of the best tourist attractions I have ever visited. Quite easy to drive yourself to - on a brand new highway followed by a mildly thrilling 300m or so across the desert. If you do go the guided tour with animal feeding is well worth paying for. Unencumbered by ideals of conservationism that have reduced many western zoos to quasi museums, here one can really get up close and personal with the animals. Our toddler was able to pick up a baby goat and carry it around. You don't get that at Berlin Zoo. The camels are charming, the staff are charming, and sitting in their tent drinking a cup of tea after the walk was wonderfully peaceful. An absolute must for any family in Dubai.

    Absolute highlight in Dubai!
We spent a wonderful, authentic Bedouin desert evening with Uschi's team. Pick-up from and to the hotel in a private Landcruiser worked perfectly. Lamenting through the desert in original Bedouin saddles was an absolute experience. Then welcome tea in the authentic desert camp, delicious food from the earth oven and coffee freshly roasted on the Gezer as well as nice people and good conversations. Anytime again, a great experience and absolute highlight in Dubai!

    An unforgettable experience
It was just great. The transfer worked smoothly and is recommended. We were warmly welcomed and felt a great hospitality. We were told all about camels and how to deal with the great animals. The camels are kept very well. The time spent riding camels flew by. It was a great setting and you could also see gazelles and the camels of the other farms grazing. After that we spent a great time together with Uschi. The traditional food was very delicious. We will again schedule a visit to Uschi and her team the next time we visit Dubai. Thank you for everything and the unforgettable experience.

Mandatory program for Dubai travelers and authentic
I felt visiting the camel farm was a highlight of my Dubai trip. I organized and booked the visit for 12 people and luckily the whole group was super excited about it. What is there to see, in fact everything is very clear, but I liked to meet Uschi directly and talk to her and have a tea or two. The camel ride was perfectly sufficient for my feeling, with us it was about 3 km (back and forth). I loved the encounter with the animals. Later we were shown the area for dinner. In the sunset light Beduienenzten - baaaahh absolutely top and a stark contrast to the hectic and on much bling bling equipped Dubai. I felt comfortable here from the beginning and would have liked to stay longer especially for dinner. Should I visit Dubai again, visiting the camel farm is 100% part of the mandatory program. Many thanks to Uschi and the whole team.

The camel ride here was one of the highlights of my stay in Dubai and I can highly recommend it.

Booking our visit was easy. The owner immediately responded to me on whatsapp, booked us for the next day and sent us detailed directions that even included pictures. We had no trouble finding the place. The farm is accessible by passenger car, but I would recommend staying on the dirt road from the highway straight to the farm to avoid getting stuck in sand. Parking is free, and plentiful.

Arriving at the farm, we were welcomed with cold fresh camel milk which was surprisingly delicious at no extra charge. Family members not participating rested inside a tent, where it was surprisingly cool and comfortable. Admission to the farm included a private tour and feeding of all the animals, consisting of deer, baby camels, donkeys, rabbits and various birds. All animals had shady enclosures and looked to be well cared for. An employee walked with me to all the enclosures and carried the food basket for me.

A different guide took me on a camel ride into the desert. You can book camel rides of various lengths. I booked mine for 30 minutes at 100 dirham. I loved the camel ride because it was so much more personal and "authentic" than the short loop around the camp you receive at most desert safaris. The camel looked very healthy and was well trained. The saddle consisted of blankets (not the usual high backed tourist saddle) and the owner showed me where to put my cell phone at the front of the saddle and explained in detail what to do. Mounting the camel was easy while she was sitting down, but make sure you lean way back and hold on when your camel gets up since you will be jolted forward and then backwards.
The ride was so fun. Once the farm was out of sight, I really felt like I was in the actual desert. I felt safe at all times because the camel was tied to my guide's camel in front of me. Instead of just walking down a path, we crossed some sand dunes and rode right through the middle of a large herd of camels. Lots of adorable baby camels! My guide jumped off to take pictures and even video without being prompted. My guide was easy to communicate with, but was very quiet until I initiated a conversation.

To know before you go: Bring cash to pay at the farm, admission to the farm is required in addition to paying for your ride, even if you are not that interested in feeding the other animals. But prices are very reasonable, especially for Dubai. Dress comfortably, I would recommend wearing long pants and sunglasses.

To sum up again, great customer service and a great experience, don't miss it.

We went there as family with 2 children(8&4ys).first you need to call the farm in advance to arrande the time of your visit, then Mrs vivian(the manager)will send you the exact location and how to reach easily..The visit takes 1.5 to 2 hrs max..It is a great experience for kids to get close to camels, sheep, goats, deer and some birds..They can feed them by hand and watch different ages of the animals including baby ones..Then they cqn ride a camel for an extra 15 dhs(entrance fee is 40 dhs per person including the animals food and your drink)..also you will have a delicious drink at the end in a shaded bedwian tent..The place is organized and clean..Mrs Vivian the manager is there all the time and it is clear she is doing her work with passion...would definetly recommend this if you have children

After 7 years in Dubai, the camel farm is now among my top five favourite experiences. I visited with my Mam, Dad and husband late December 2019. From my first contact with Viviane to book the tour, she was extremely helpful, sending a pin drop and clear directions to help us find our way. When we arrived, Viviane met us with a warm welcome and offered a choice of water or camel milk while we signed in. My Dad really wanted to experience a Camel ride and, though I was terrified, I agreed to go with him and I’m so glad I did. Viviane noticed that I was a little anxious and, without making a fuss, walked with me to the camel, gave clear and calm instructions about what to do and a description of what the camel would do, assuring me the camels were friendly. It was amazing! Our guide was calm and helpful, taking photos and choosing the path through the sand dunes carefully and the camels were so relaxed. While we were gone, my Mam and husband were invited to relax in the Bedouin tent, surprisingly cool on a hot day, and Viviane took care of them while allowing them to chat and relax. On our return, we were guided around, and welcome to feed, the many birds and animals on the small farm and particularly loved the personalities of the goats, deer and donkey. Viviane also took us to have an close experience with some camels..amazing! I can’t recommend the Camel Farm enough. The price is great and it is so interactive and genuine. Viviane is so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. We had a really lovely few hours there and, having observed other families, it’s a lovely experience for children.

The farm is owned by Emirates but a french lady started the business and is running it.
The farm is basically a couple of animals ( camels, donkey, deer , goats , pigeons ,rabbit , turkey, chicken and quail ), they take you from one to them other and you feed them a type of grass while taking pictures.
at the end you are served either ( fresh raw yummy camel milk, water, arabic coffee , or karak).
You have to book by calling or watsapping them or else you will be sent away!
Entrance fee is 40 aed for any1 older then 3 years old. Camel ride is 15 aed per person . It is a bit expensive for a small farm but worth it after seeing the kids happy.

I think what made our experience really amazing was our guide! He encouraged the kids to feed the animals when they were a bit hesitated in the beginning. My son who is afraid of everything ended up running after and catching quails on his own ! Im sorry i didnt get his name was seriously he was amazing with the kids.

Vivien's camel farm is a small, but very nice place, where you will be accepted with arabian hospitality and european service. Not only children, but parents also enjoyed this adventure a lot. It was very nice to feed and pet all animals - the donkey is so cute. Camels are awesome! Soft, warm and large. They look like fantastic animals from another planet. And we had a chance to ride them!

We took an impressive ride along desert, and that was a small moment to feel ourselves as bedouins, crossing deadly sands with a caravan going through the Great Silk Road.

Vivien (or, as she called herself 'Chief Camel Officer') was very hospital and communicative. After feeding animals we took a rest in an authentic bedouines tent, where we were treated with free drinks.

It was a nice trip worth money spent on it. Thanks!

If you decide to visit this place, it would be better to contact Vivien in advance by the means of Whatsapp, so that she could sent you driving instructions - Google Maps led us to a diffenent place nearby.

This was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours. Our 3 year old daughter loved it and had lots of fun. The experience is very intimate, getting assigned a lovely guide who took us around all the animals (yes there are more than just camels!) and made things very fun for our little one. It was great getting to feed all the animals and getting to interact with all of them.
The most notable thing I would say is how friendly everyone is. Right from booking we were sent a whatsapp with very clear instructions of how to get there and it feels more like you are visiting someone's residence than an attraction!
If you want something different from all the big, crowded Dubai attractions then this is a fantastic choice.

Thank you to everyone at The Camel Farm. :)

First of all it is completely overpriced, when we arrived we were asked to pay immediately before we received a welcome!

On the website it’s advertised as “one hour guided tour with feeding moment” but the tour was exactly 24min! We didn’t receive any information unless we asked ourselves. It was in fact only feeding the animals.

The “tour guide” was informed that one person in the group was scared of birds and he intentionally let all the birds fly around the person while he was laughing.

We also requested a short camel ride for which we paid 15aed per person and the “short camel ride” was indeed very short: 3min.

For a family with 2 kids we paid in total 260AED which is totally NOT worth the money!

It’s also a long drive from the city centre of Dubai so if you need to drive from Marina / Downtown area.

My Wife and I took our 4.5 year old boy and thoroughly enjoyed our morning there. We spent approximately 2 hours there with our friendly guide, feeding the animals and our son enjoyed a camel ride. It was such a pleasant change to get away from the city and enjoy a much slower pace, and an ethos that celebrates the needless gadgets of today. We were greeted by the owner of the attraction, a French lady whose care and love of the animals was most apparent.
All in all a lovely, simple and most pleasant experience that we plan to repeat. Thank you

Had a wonderful experience at the Camel Farm. Whilst I was expecting something slightly bigger, the interaction with the animals as well the information from our guide, Oluchi, made it an unforgettable experience.

We took the tour with feeding, which was supposed to last an hour and the time flew by. Oluchi was great at answering all our questions, telling us about the animals' stories, and it was brilliant to be able to hold baby goats and tortoises as well. He took some great pictures for us as well.

Whilst it isn't the cheapest thing to do, I felt it was money well spent and would highly recommend a visit.

As a relatively new venture the Camel Farm was amazing. If you have children even more so. As well as the camels there is an animal sanctuary where the children can handle and feed birds, egoats, donkeys, rabbits, turkeys, goats and even deer. Each family has its own personal guide who help you with the food etc. Refreshments are provided before going on a camel trip into the desert. Again everything was done so well and we were assisted on to and off the camels with lots of advice to endure we were comfortable and for our safety. The guide was really helpful with my grandson who was doing a photography project and enabled him to get amazing photos out in the desert. Vivienne the owner was so friendly and welcoming and interested in making sure each family was treated as a special group and not bunched in with others visitors.

I can fully see why this farm has reached no 7 on Trip Advisor after having only been opened last year and wish the Camel Farm all the very best of success for the future.
