I only have good things to say about this travel agency. Sweet Escape Holiday was professional, communicated very effectively, and most importantly, they are updated with Dubai’s travel laws. Dubai constantly wants to improve itself, which results in its laws changing often. Ms. Angel was well-informed with these changes and helped the travel to Dubai go smoothly.
Ms. Angel was patient and attended to questions very professionally. She was very reassuring and made me feel like nothing could go wrong (and nothing did.)
To anyone who’s planning to travel to Dubai and wants it to be done flawlessly, consider Sweet Escape Holiday.

The struggle is real especially that we are facing this pandemic, It is very hard to travel and also to find travel agency that will help and guide you especially preparing all the needed documents, and the stress of so called “offloads” but No more LDR for me and my husband now. Sweet Escape Holidays Staff are kind and they will guide you in every ways in anytime of the days, from application up to arrival of my husband here in UAE. Thank you so much Sweet Escape Holiday for assisting us and my family friends. Yes, I will always recommend your page, your company and you Ms. Angel for was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Any questions of concerns I had, she would answer me back very quickly (even out of work hours) and put my mind at ease no matter what.

Definitely will recommend to all my friends who plans to go Dubai! The team is very responsive and answer all my questions patiently! Very professional specially to Ms. Angel (M.D)! She took care of my visa and travel insurance and I recieved it immediately. During this Pandemic its hard to look for an agency that will take care of our travel plans, but Sweet Escape Holidays made it easy for me!
