Thank you for an amazing experience! Booking through Ms Pinal was very smooth, she was very informative & quick to respond to our questions. The ground staff on the morning were brilliant, very friendly & kept our daughters (6yrs & 10yrs old) calm while the basket was tipped upright. Our hot air balloon captain/pilot was excellent & very informative, our girls loved how he ‘played’ the tune to ‘baby shark’ while filling the balloon. The flight & scenery was breathtaking. Landing was a lot smoother than we anticipated, a bit bumpy but our girls were so happy to see the same smiley, ground staff jump on the side of our basket to make sure we landed safely & didn’t tilt over. From my 72yr old parents to my youngest 6yr old daughter - we all had the most magical & special experience. We highly recommend Hot Air Balloon UAE!

I did the standard hot air balloon package. Pinal was great when I reserved thru Whatsapp, sending us separate payment links for my friends and following up on the arrangements with each of us. The pickup was smooth, excellent driver, and the whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rode once in Cappadocia but another different world.

Superb experience! Very well organised, the chauffeur who picked us up from the hotel and took us back was fantastic and so was the hot air balloon pilot who made us feel secure and safe throughout the trip and provided us with interesting facts. Would recommend paying the extra for the video which was really well edited and sent through quickly. Breakfast buffet was great, with a variety to choose from and a lovely little set up to eat and relax after the hot air balloon experience. Had a camel and horse ride too. All the staff were amazing, accommodating and couldn’t do enough for you! Thank you for such a wonderful memorable experience!

Organizing was super easy, everything over WhatsApp, Leo was very responsive. We did a private balloon ride for 8 of us, and price was only marginally more expensive than individual tickets. We were a little bit light at takeoff, which meant a BUMPY ride to begin but everything was smooth sailing after. Captain Hakki won our confidence. A bit hazy up high this time of year, but still a great view. Wonderful seeing the gazelles galloping over the desert below as we landed. Very cool. Breakfast was okay, not “gourmet”, but fine. Everyone was very professional. Morning temps were quite pleasant despite the daytime heat of 108F/42C.

What can I truly say, but whoop whoo - what a fabulous and most wonderful experience we had! From asking questions before booking, which were answered promptly and with so much information to the early pickup to arriving at the destination for the balloon trip. Leonard was so patient and professional and dealt with all my queries perfectly!l From start to finish, we were treated exceptionally well. Everything was explained clearly before the balloon ride began by our wonderful Spanish pilot, as well as the helpful grounds men. We met many amazing people that day, especially the Falcon handler and Ziggy, our Falcon, who was part of this trip and showed off his talents when he flew around and about near the balloon. The scenery was breathtaking, and watching the sun rise was truly a remarkable sight - one, which we will cherish forever. Having breakfast afterwards and riding the camels and horses was so much fun, and having most of the pilots join us to chat and eat with us was an added bonus.
The finale that complimented the magnificent excursion was the landing , which both my friend and I couldn't stop laughing at - bumping several times, making us laugh harder and wanting the ride to continue. This is an amazing adventure which we will most certainly be booking again! Thank you for fulfilling another item on our 'bucket list ' Pi Kendall and Sarah Dunn

The experience was a superb one. Pinal from Hot Air Balloons UAE was always extremely responsive, friendly, and knew how to resolve any questions or issues. A+ for customer service. On the day of the tour itself, the treatment was a full VIP experience, starting from the car pickup in the morning, preparation for the flight, continuing on with transfer from landing site to the stable where the camel ride and breakfast were offered, and finally ending with the drop off back to the hotel. The captain of the hot air balloon was communicative, friendly and witty. The hot air balloon flight took us over the desert at low altitudes for some time, and then at very high altitude (higher than the Burj Khalifa, as our captain so kindly pointed out). It was a peaceful experience. Watching the animals running around on the sand below us and seeing the sunrise from the balloon made for a blissful morning. All in all, highly recommended - well worth the effort of getting up in the wee hours of the morning!!!!

It was an absolutely exhilarating experience. We were ably guided by the experienced pilot Capt. Mohamed who was knowledgeable & witty making the experience even more fun. The Falconer (sorry forgot his name) was also very kind & understanding calmly allowing us to take pictures with the Falcon & even encouraging the ones afraid of it.
However, all of this is not possible without a team at the top who are totally committed to Customer Satisfaction. They went above & beyond the call of duty to ensure our experience was truly satisfying. We would strongly recommend Hot Air Balloon UAE & no one else for the hot air balloon ride in the UAE. Our most sincere regards & appreciation to Mr. Leo, Mr. Fathi & Ms. Pinal for your gesture. I've been in sales for more than 24 years now & even I cannot boast of a customer satisfaction score of this level. Keep up the good work & all the best for the future.

Absolutely great experience! Very scenic ballon ride. Almost 90 minutes 🙂 with a beautiful sunrise, gazelles nearby and even some off-road driving through the dunes after our landing. One highlight was of course the falcon show with enough opportunities to take pictures together with the bird. Our driver Jamal is highly recommended. On time and very safe cruising

Honestly this is not a review of the company rather the experience as a whole. I've been fortunate to experience a few hot air balloon rides in my life and this by far was the most lack luster of them all. The scenery is not dramatic and watching industrial development in the middle of the dessert does not entice any excitement for me. After a few mins, things start to get pretty repetitive. IMO, this is not worth the splurge and if you want to experience a hot air balloon ride maybe save it for Turkey!? The company, Dubai Hot Air Balloon is fine and they conducted the operations as expected. Nothing exceptional that stood out for me.

I booked a standard balloon ride for my sisters trip to dubai as a surprise! If you haven’t done a hot air balloon I would advise doing it here. It was simply the best !!! Booking was easy and super efficient and the staff were very attentive and friendly.
From start to finish everything was perfect.
We got collected around 4.30am from my home in Dubai Marina and the tour started at 6am over looking the desert as the sun rises. The ride lasts around an hour and our captain Mohamed made our ride super fun!
All round the experience was amazing—I would highly recommend for once in a lifetime experience!
