Use to visit for any trade fair or any meetings. Has ample space and being a visitor dont know the cost to conduct any meetings. But parking is a concern as most areas are paid and covered parking areas are paid a bit higher. So prefer Metro and its nearby and very much accessible

World class facility that offers huge space to conduct a fair and attract a global audience. We were exhibitors for ATM. Easy access to the exhibition center from the closest Metro station. Good eateries for short quick bites on offer close to the facility.

The facility is excellent & has huge space for big meetings & conventions. The facilities provided at the centre are world class. Attended the ATM at this location and I must say that way it was managed is just amazing.

We visited 3 times in 3 days. It was pretty big. We walked around 2 times, and the 3 rd time was driven by a taxi driver who went around 2 round to look for the entrance...

I had a four days course there. It is a huge place. Well equipped venue with lots of restaurants & coffee shops around. Metro station is 3 min away walking. Ibis hotels & Novotel hotel are few min walk from there.

Staying in The Marina

Neighborhood Profile
The Marina
It’s hard to believe that only a decade ago there was no marina. Opened in 2003, the man-made marina runs along a 3km stretch of shoreline. A heady mix of luxurious hotels, apartment buildings, and cafes, the marina hosts regular community events and markets, and is a wonderful place to while away an afternoon or evening. Spectacular at night when the skyscrapers glisten, here you can enjoy dinner on the beach next to the sea, or visit a high-rise bar in a hotel for a magnificent view across the Gulf and the man-made Palm Island, with the world-famous Atlantis Hotel at its end. The Walk at Jumeirah beach Residences is a pedestrianized stretch leading to a new development: The Beach. It’s one of the few places where Gulf nationals mix with tourists and Western ex-pats. It’s a popular place to show off your supercar for an evening, so watch out for Lamborghinis, Maseratis, and Ferraris in abundance.
