We were looking for an indoor activity. This was a great choice! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they helped us during our time there. Activities were really challenging and there was a variety of rooms. There is an option to choose your level of difficulty too which was really useful! During the activities I lost a bracelet. At the end I told the Reception team and that night they called to say they found it! They were very helpful and passed it on to a Careem Driver who delivered it to my house. Such an amazing place, it will really squeeze your brains, will surely stretch your muscles not just physically but mentally as well. Mind boggling questions, it will surely energize you as you need you think while you do your task.
I suggest companies that this is very much ideal for Team Building, you will learn a lot and the whole team will surely participate.
I commended also the staff for their help and assistance, Dio, Joan, Boom, Val & Krishnan.

Held my 11 yr old’s birthday party here. Everyone had so much fun. Some of the rooms were a bit challenging for them but they had fun trying and actually did really well with quite a few of the rooms. Lots of laughter and fun. They had pizzas and fruit juices for lunch and the host did a great job in ensuring they all had a slice of the cake we brought.
A staff member went with them in the first couple of rooms to ensure they got the hang of logging into the games. They had two hours of great fun but were ready for their food by then. Great venue - fully recommended. I think there were three parties going on at the same time so clearly very popular for children and adults alike.

TEPfactor is a fantastic choice for families, birthdays and corporate events. TEPfactor recently hosted over 150 of our guests over 3 days for our corporate team building program.
Everyone had a great time, all the TEPfactor staff were enthusiastic, fun and friendly. We will certainly be coming back. I would highly recommend TEPfactor to everyone.

I was not sure about this place but my kids went to escape rooms in UK and wanted to go to one of them in Dubai.
I was glad we went. The activities were fun and force us to work together as a team. This was my first team building activity with my family. My kids mentioned this is way better then the ones they have been in UK.
They took some photos during our first few activities which they shared with us without further cost. This was not what I was expecting because like other theme parks, you are expected to pay for them.
The staff, Munzer and Dioruly were encouraging, cheerful and helpful.
We will highly recommend this.

I work with my colleagues in company branches across the Middle East, but we never met before. So this place was the perfect place to enjoy our time and get to know each others. Staff are so helpful, and there is a wide range of enjoyable activities that raise team spirit. I didnt laugh this much for a while and we will repeat this experience whenever we have the chance. Best of luck!

We celebrated my boys 8th birthday at TEPfactor Dubai. The package included 2 hours of play , pizza, ice cream cake and decoration.
Upon arrival I was surprised that non of the dining tables had been decorated, but was very positively surprised and learned that one of the 21 gaming rooms had been blocked and decorated for the final game of my son. Once he got there the door was closed and as he opened it he had a use surprise by a very well decorated room, with all his friends and a cake with candles inside. He really liked it.
We didn't manage all of the games, as some were to hard for the age group , but it really did not matter as everybody had a lot of fun.
Mrs.Tasneem from TEPfactor did a fantastic job with organising all, giving me peace of mind. She even followed up 2 days before the party and I really had to do nothing. The TEPfactor team took photo's which were later sent by WeTransfer to me for no extra cost.
I really want to thank you for a super birthday party, about which everyone of my friends still talked in school today.
I would like to make a small suggestion: as the kids are put in groups and need to be guided by an adult, I would have appreciated if that adult did not need to pay the party package.
Otherwise I can only highly recommend TEPfactory Dubai.

My husband and I did this during our recent trip to Dubai and had a great time. We did the 3 hour experience using a buy 1 get 1 free pass from the Entertainer App and it was great value for money. We didn't complete all the rooms and were told our score was at the higher end of groups of 2 so would suggest signing up for the 3 hour experience if you are also a small group.
There's a wide variety of challenges (essentially like the crystal maze) and something to suit everyone - fitness, logic etc. We really enjoyed the mixture of challenges and the staff were really helpful when we got stuck on a couple of things. We would recommend to everyone - particularly if you have a competitive nature (like us)!

This is one of the most innovative and interesting things I have ever tried. I was looking for escape rooms and while searching I found TEP factor which basically combines the problem solving and fitness testing. There are a plenty of ideas that you will see for the first time. I mean this remind me with the Japanese show (Takeshi's Castle) where you have to accomplish certain tasks with a limited amount of time and these tasks could require mental skills, physical skills or could be both!
TEP factor consist of 21 challenges that are distributed in 4 categories.
I went with my friend and in the same day we had our flight back and what a way to end the trip!
You know what.. We managed to solve & unlock all rooms and win the Silver Medal. :)
It took us around 3 hours but it was so fun and definitely I recommend it for anyone who like physical games and challenging puzzles.
I will leave you with some pictures.
