Neighborhood: The Marina
It’s hard to believe that only a decade ago there was no marina. Opened in 2003, the man-made marina runs along a 3km stretch of shoreline. A heady mix of luxurious hotels, apartment buildings, and cafes, the marina hosts regular community events and markets, and is a wonderful place to while away an afternoon or evening. Spectacular at night when the skyscrapers glisten, here you can enjoy dinner on the beach next to the sea, or visit a high-rise bar in a hotel for a magnificent view across the Gulf and the man-made Palm Island, with the world-famous Atlantis Hotel at its end. The Walk at Jumeirah beach Residences is a pedestrianized stretch leading to a new development: The Beach. It’s one of the few places where Gulf nationals mix with tourists and Western ex-pats. It’s a popular place to show off your supercar for an evening, so watch out for Lamborghinis, Maseratis, and Ferraris in abundance.

we prayed there on Friday, it was a great Friday lesson, nice reading for Quran, I would love to go and pray there in every visit to Dubai.

Lovely Masjid - Great Friday Prayer

I'm visiting Dubai from the UK, and staying in the Marina and was looking for a mosque to pray Jum3a. I found this Masjid and had a wonderful experience. It is a beautiful Masjid both inside and out, and in the evening looks even more beautiful with all of the lights. It was full of Muslims from all over the world, and the imam was really good. After the prayer, there was even a brother who gave an English khutba, as you can imagine, a lot of people do not understand the Arabic khutba, so this was a nice addition.

I came from UK to celebrate Ramadan in Dubai and booked my hotel next to the mosque. I was able to pray Tarawih the first night 12 April 2021 however the second night they closed the woman's prayer room and few that came on the night prayed outside. I have never expected this from a Muslim country.

Very beautiful at night

I am not Muslim and didn’t even try to venture inside, although I did take a look inside. From what I saw of the inside, the exterior looks far superior than the inside. It was gleaming purple and white colors and looked so bright from the outside even from afar. It is almost located right in the middle of the Dubai Marina and served us as a great landmark to judge distances. You can’t miss it when walking around the Dubai Marina.

Amazing mosque, Amazing location 🕌

Alhamdulilah what an amazing place of worship. Had the privilege of reading jummah salah here, my hotel was based in Marina area & the mosque was nothing short of breathtaking
