We are located in the trendiest Meraas project called La Mer Beach and have become the number one destination for water sports in Dubai. We booked 1 hour wakeboarding. The team that assisted were so kind, friendly and professional at the same time! Lyn had the reception welcomed us and super quickly got us on the way to our 1 hour experience. Albin on the boat was so kind, patient and such a pleasure to deal with. Both were super smiley and happy to help!

We have tried some water sport in Dubai. This is the best in term of providing many water sport choices with a reasonable price. Fast service by the team, all of the stuff members are helpful and great dealing with customers. I would highly recommend it for awesome water sport experience in Dubai

I had a great time today, thx to the guide dill.
He filmed with my camera everything and was very relaxed. Also the jetski was good and fast. For the price i paid this was very good.
I like the sight also very much. Thank you i loved it!

Told 2 days ago that they opened everyday at 9.00am (brochure says 8.00am). Returned this morning with 3 friends who travelled especially to enjoy stand up paddle board. Employee (the same one who i spoke to on Wednesday),on phone completely ignored us. Waited several minutes and then asked if we could hire boards and told "no, im doing an online course, come back at 11 or 12". I asked why he told me they were open at 9am, and he went into the booth and shut the door.
This person needs a lesson in customer service, perhaps another 'online course'.
I have emailed company, no response of course.

I had a 1h30 jetski tour with Watersports.
I really had a super service from the first phone call for the reservation until the end of my tour. Joanna (front office) is really very competent and very professional.
Albin, the instructor and guide is a very skilled jetski driver and provides very interesting and accurate explanations about the building we are seeing during the tour.
Moreover the jetskis are very modern and powerfull.
The location at La Mer beach is also very easy to find.

This is our 3rd time jet skiing in Dubai but our first with this company and I have to say it was the best!!! Firstly, they will happily look after your belongings so you were not having to leave your things unattended. There was a full safety briefing so you know exactly what you were doing before you went in the water. It wasn't too long either but was clear and consice. Once out in the water, the guide who was with us was there to call over if you needed him but let us have freedom to jet ski as we wanted within the designated area so it didn't feel restricted at all. The staff working here were well organised and very friendly helpful. I highly recommend using this company, especially if you are new to/don't regularly jet ski. We had so much fun and want to do it again! La Mer beach is also great to eat, shop and walk around as well as sunbathe.

First i wanted to have just 30 min ride, then decided to go for a Burj Al Arab Tour.
Highly recommend its much better than room around next to the beach :)).

It was all good briefing by someone else but in the middle of the sea a guy who did not know how to handle customers using F word to us
I asked his name he lied to me Jack
But I asked the other instructor he said is bill or something
My husband was really angry t
o this
So shame to have instructors who are angry and rude I did not ride jet ski he refused me switching which the manager told me it was okay
And he brought us to the shore before time

The best spot for rent a jetski in Dubai, we do a jetski tour to the Burj Al Arab and Atlantis, with Theo, the best instructor, he take for you some pictures and send you for free!! Very nice experience, thanks a lot guys!! For sure we come back!!

Hi visiting Dubai in December and want to know if the water sports have any restrictions due to weather. Would they go ahead if the sea is not calm and us the sea usually calm in December.
