Be aware which boat they actually book you on if you walk past and use the QR code. We arrived and got told we went to wrong one and had to pay more and was an hour behind schedule as the boat we had walked past and taken the code off was not the one they booked us on and we had no time to get to the other boat. Food was ok. Dancing ladies were great- the guy aggressively stood in front of you spinning his dress until you gave him money. Do not pay for VIP- it is not worth it. The view of course is great. But one of the boats does not go up near the Atlantis. Triple check your itinerary.

That is another fake company. They cheat clients by trying to sell our cruises. Sorry for your experiences. Be careful. We DO NOT use QR code to board our cruises. You have visited another company cruise.

We took this cruise as a surprise for me from my family to commerate Fathers Day in Australia.
Highly impressed upon arrival. The yacht was the largest one in the Marina.
Initially a bit of a rush to beat the crowd on board and there was no reserve seating.
We had dinner buffet the selection was quite good.
Only problem I found d however late in the night I got possible gastro and it stilled carried over into the next day.
They also had shows on the boats from male dancers and female belly dancers to trapeze acts and a really good DJ who got the crowd going.
The views and areas we travelled were phenomenal, all the best spots in Dubai to see near the JBR/DUBAI CREEK area.
Staff were polite and quite attentative which in all the chaos my hats off to them.
Was it worth it? Yes it was.

We chose our last night in Dubai to do this activity because it was my husband's birthday.
There is a big difference in the price categories in terms of service, food and drink, I would say that it is worth it for a night that will not be repeated to choose the VIP category because it is worth every penny!
If you arrive early, you are taken to a waiting room where you are given personalized attention and drinks (non-alcoholic).
Then at departure time we are taken through a special entrance to our spot on the roof, where there are only a limited number of tables.
A waitress took care of us all night and we didn't even have to stop to look for food, because she brought it to the table.
Unlimited alcoholic drink with very good quality products including a bottle of cava that was already on our table when we arrived, cooling down.
They presented a very nice show, but we preferred to look at the lights and buildings of the city
They sang Happy Birthday to my husband and gave him a cake with his name
The truth is that it was a magical night!!
Thank you to everyone who made that experience possible!!

07.10 I took my family on a 3-hour group cruise with dinner on the Lotus megayacht. Except for the appearance of the boat, everything else is extremely bad. Starting from the kitchen, interiors, serving and ending with the specific smell of food (it’s incomparable). If you want a beautiful boat trip, I highly recommend paying extra and taking an individual trip on a smaller yacht. If it’s Lotus, then we recommend taking upgraded category tickets and arriving early before boarding in order to have time to take comfortable seats.
If you have had the experience of walking along the Moscow River on yachts of a famous hotel brand, then I will say this... Lotus is different. You won't get even a micro particle of the Moscow experience. In comparison, it's just terrible and not worth the money.
It is possible to pay extra - take an individual yacht trip. There is no way - just take a walk along the embankment and leave this money in some beautiful, delicious restaurant. Don't ruin the evening.

Where to start .... Wish we hadn't spent 698 AED. That I suppose is the start. Arrived half an hour early for the 7pm dinner cruise, boarded the free for all seating, opted for the air conditioned interior, air con not cooling the inside cabin. Flimsy tables and chairs. Were served a beer in a can and a plastic tumbler. Free for all / bun fight at very disappointing buffet queuing and returning to our table to warm beers we decided to jump ship which was still at pier 7,
40 minutes after 7pm. Taxi back to hotel. Don't go what a waste of money!!!!

We booked directly with Dutch Oriental. The team answered our queries quickly and professionally.
We found boarding well managed and orderly: they have clearly sorted out the problems other passengers have reported.
The food was better than you would expect for a buffet. The floor show was highly enjoyable; the views spectacular; we had a good laugh with the couples on either side of us (maybe because the wine flowed like water. … this costs an extra 100aed, but definitely worth it).
Highly recommended.

We were debating between numerous tour operators when trying to find the perfect dinner cruise to take my parents on when they were visiting me and my husband in Dubai. We were certain we wanted it to take place in the Marina and after reading through reviews and doing our due diligence decided to give Dutch Oriental a try. We opted for the three-hour Marina dinner cruise on their Lotus mega yacht. To say that we were impressed would be an understatement.
The entire experience from boarding to getting back to the dock was truly wonderful. The yacht was beautiful and we were able to get a table indoors, right next to the sliding doors, so we could enjoy the warmth indoors, and slide the doors open for incredible views whenever we wanted to.
The food quality at the buffet was exceptional, with plenty to choose for every palate and preference. On top of the self-service buffet, a server named Ali made sure we wouldn't miss a single dish and that our glasses were always filled. He was truly the star of the night and made the entire experience all the more enjoyable for us.
Thank you Dutch Oriental for a magical evening and we can't wait to come back soon!

This time I opted for a midwinter Marina cruise. Great cruise and excellent service. The views of Dubai Marina are great. Both non-alcoholic drinks and beer/wine were included at a good price.
Only the attitude of the guy who said to me ‘not good’ (at the end of the cruise) - mainly because I am a solo traveller - was, in my opinion, a bit strange. On the other hand 4 stars out of 5 is still a positive overall score.

Poor quality of service, hygiene and management. We booked the dinner cruise for Christmas evening and on arrival found that boat was overbooked and there was lack of seating for all guests. After a long wait we squeezed in to a tightly placed table. By the time we went to take food, some items had perished and remaining cold. Staff behaviour showed confusion as well. Bad experience overall.

We went for a dinner cruise on Lotus Mega Yacht. The ship has a unique modern design which we loved. Good choice of high quality food. I reccomend getting the VIP option with reserved seating and unlimited premium alcohol.
