The area
Neighborhood: Jumeirah
Years ago, before the skyscrapers, before the 12-lane highway, there was only Jumeirah. In fact, when the UAE was formed, its rulers signed the agreement in Union House, at the very start of Jumeirah Beach Road. Often called “The Beverly Hills” of Dubai, a drive down Beach Road reveals one enormous, lavish villa after another. Originally residential-only neighborhoods, they are now also home to an array of cafes, smart boutiques, and art galleries. Home to one of Dubai’s few public beaches, this recently renovated area includes a new boardwalk, running and walking track, with changing facilities and cafes along the way. Another landmark, Jumeirah Mosque, is the only mosque in Dubai that can be entered by non-Muslims. As part of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, the mosque hosts regular tours and talks about Islam, as part of an “Open Doors, Open Minds” program. A wonderful way to understand more about the UAE and Islam.

Sometimes you find the most amazing places by accident! I live in business bay and booked Tao Spa thinking it was near the mall, it's actually at The Mall which is a lovely little area opposite Jumierah beach and the Burj Al Arab.
The spa is really easy to find inside the mall and the staff are really efficient and friendly.
I booked to have eyelash extensions and threading for eyebrows, I hate the fake look so I really stressed to them that they needed to look as natural as possible. I actually can't believe the standard of the treatment still, my therapist did both my lashes and brows exactly how I wanted them, back in the UK it can be very hit and miss when you say 'natural'. Plus, she did it amazingly fast, it's such a pleasure to find somebody who is genuinely good at their trade!
Prices are very reasonable (I paid roughly £40-£50) for my two treatments, in the UK I would pay £70.
The spa is really clean and they have more space than is visible from the outside, I'll definitrly be back for more, particularly the foot spa room looks lovely!

My go to place for eyelash extensions.Ullea does an amazing job with her magical hands the lashes stay for atleast 3-4 weeks before going in for a refill. I would highly recommend this place and the technician who has mastered this skill so well.

I have been a regular client to Tao Spa since they first opened few years ago and I have to apologize to the staff that it has taken me so long to write this.
Tao Spa is my sanctuary away from the noise like a second home. The staff are well trained, supper professional and very friendly.
All of their services are beyond excellent but make sure to try a face lifting massage and facial with Shima and be prepared to be amazed. Not only is she excellent in her job but also possess unparalleled emotional intelligence and she’s quick understands what each guest requires, she gives great advice for skin care routine ( that i sometimes don’t follow) She’s passionate about her job and loves what she does.
If you haven’t tried yet please do and rest assured it will quickly become a favorite routine. Looking forward to going back again this week.

I’m a big Spa lover and after 4 years living in Dubai I finally found “THE ONE”! It’s so many options here, but this one is just amazing. I’m so thankful for wonderful professional service in Tao spa. I definitely recommend it to everyone who would like to get the best service from really friendly and professional team of experts.

Tried their lpz + mdr package, after a friend highly recommends it - true enough, it was heaven! A must-try especially if you’re in need to detox your body and relax after being busy for a few weeks at work. Risa was super friendly, knowledgeable and expert in this treatment. They have great packages for the summer and will definitely be booking my next appointment, very soon!

Reya is the absolute best at Eyelash extensions. I won’t go to anyone else. She really is meticulous and takes her time to make sure you leave feeling amazing

My visit tonTai for eyelashes extension was very satisfying, the staff are very helpful and friendly, also the place is very clean and neat.
The service itself was amazing and i loved it.

I can only recommend TAO Spa! It’s a super nice and clean facility with very friendly and professional ladies.
Have been going there now for over a year for my lash extension and am still soo happy. Reya is amazing!! Lovely, talented and professional lady, who listens exactly to your wishes and expectations and manages to make them look perfectly every single time.

The best place for eyelashes, been doing my lashes for over two years with Kristine and honestly the fastest and best result which lasts me more then 30 days. Super natural and full looking.
Highly recommend for good quality products and very efficient service, also super super friendly.

I’ve been addicted to Tao Spa eyelash extensions for over 2 years. I won’t trust anyone else with my lashes than. rhea she is so professional, she knows the lash style that suits your shape eye. I really am obsessed and have them done monthly. Never irritated. I ask for Russian volume that are effortless and light. Rhea is quick and competent and the sweetest lady

Hi curiosity Tao Spa is inside The Mall of Jumeira opposite side Jumeira Beach Hotel u can take appointment by Groupon And The Entertainer we have a discount and voucher there.. and we have online booking at Facebook and Instagram

How weird. A spa without its own toilet. Are visitors supposed to go outside in their robes to visit a bathroom? Still waiting for an answer from the spa's representative

We certainly understand your concern. Most of the Malls In Dubai has rules and regulations not to have a toilet Facility inside the outlets. The malls provide toilets in public areas only.

No it doesn’t. However if you’re looking for a clinic for botox and facials I suggest you contact Junqeira Medical Clinic in Jumeirah Galleria Mall which is 5 minutes from Dubai Mall. Excellent service. I suggest requesting an appointment with Dr Hazem... a superb dermatologist and a real expert when it comes to botox and fillers. Enjoy
